It is a new extension close to the main roads to Calais, the Opal Coast, Dunkirk, Lille, and Arras. The entrance to the Lovely Green Kub is via Rue des Vingt Mesures. You can park your vehicle in the green space. If your host is unable to meet you, the key box is located behind the mailbox at the owner's address.
