The Studio consists of 2 rooms: Bedroom with double bed on the GROUND FLOOR, with WC/Shower, UPSTAIRS sitting room, TV, sofas, PS there is NO KITCHEN only a mini fridge Studio has private entrance from the GARDEN door on the right of the main house, with a secluded walled courtyard with decking, (in the summer with table and chairs) IMPORTANT: 1. there is NO GUARANTEED parking nearby. 2 there are several steep and uneven steps, so it’s NOT suitable if you have mobility limitations.

Great location to explore East Anglia and near the picturesque town of Bury St Edmunds. An open plan space with either 2 singles or a king size bed, sofa, TV, Wifi, dining facilities and a private shower room. Suitable for a small child / infant too, but you could need to bring your own sleeping paraphernalia. Small patio and outside seating, off road parking for 1 car.

This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

The Hide is one of Suffolk's hidden gems. A clean, beautiful and relaxing space. We've created an open-plan cabin which is located on the edge of King's Forest with direct access to an abundance of nature, walks, cycle tracks and beautiful views. Relax and unwind on the raised deck of an evening as the sun sets over the forest in front of you, watching deer emerge from the forest and owls flying overhead. We are able to provide celebration packages upon request.

Victorian Cottage In Quiet Suffolk Village.

Hollydene is a charming Victorian cottage in the rural Suffolk village of Bardwell. There is a cosy wood burner for the colder winter months and a courtyard garden for warmer days in the summer. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen but if you prefer not to cook you will find two pubs in the village (one is just two doors away) as well as the Grumpy Goat cafe and bar at the sports pavilion (Wednesday to Sunday).
