The house has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separate wc, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The outdoor kitchen with a large barbecue next to which is a dining table will allow you to enjoy your own specialties. A large pool of 40 m2 and a spacious terrace with sun deck will ensure your dream vacation! The villa has private wi-fi and covered parking.

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. It was rebuilt to become an idyllic home on the hill near the medieval town of Motovun, close to the Parenzana cycling and excursion route, Istirian therme and aquapark Istralandia. Casa Ava is an original stone Istrian house. It is situated 12 km from Porec where the nearest beaches are. The nearest market and restaurant are in Baderna,1 km away. . Truffle area in Motovun and Groznjan are a short drive away as well as many vineries. Porec is also famous for entertainment,there are always music or sport events throughout the year. Marked bike routes are just at your doorstep. The floor heating and radiators have just been installed so it is very warm in the winter.
