Peaceful Family Cabin in the Forest

A peaceful family cottage in scenic surroundings. Caba is remotely located overlooking a lovely quiet water, with great Blefjell in the back. Here you can trudge down to the water for a dip, fishing trip, or canoeing exploration. Behind the cabin and further inwards in the direction of Blefjell there is a lot of forest to discover, and both blueberries and lingonberries to pick. Blefjell is a 20 minute drive, which provides fantastic hiking opportunities both summer and winter. There are two fireplaces in the cabin (and wood included in the price ).

The cabin is located right on a lake with swimming and fishing opportunities. You have a panoramic view of the water and the Gausta peak from the living room. The cabin is only 8 km from Bø Sommerland and 20 km from Lifjell winterland.Approximately 5 km from the cabin you will find Grønkjær ski resort with great cross country slopes. The location right between Bø and Notodden offers opportunities for shopping and restaurants. In the summer it is possible to rent the canoe ( in sharing with my other cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- per day.

The Post Cabin

Lower your pulse to the top of the Post Cabin! Stolpehytta is 5 minutes away from Blaafarveværket in Modum Municipality, just off the Høyt & Lavt Modum climbing park. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.

Rural apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located in scenic surroundings with its own garden for play, barbecue and relaxation. Parking at the entrance. Bathroom and hallway are on the 1. floor. Two bedroom, kitchen and living room on the 2nd floor. You come to made beds, and what you need of kitchen equipment, children's toys, games, books and towels are available. The apartments are located 7 km from Bø city centre, and 9 km to Bø summerland.
