Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

Ωστόσο το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε προνομιακή θέση, σε απόσταση 3 χλμ από την πόλη και το λιμάνι της Τήνου, καθώς οι δημοφιλείς παραλίες του Αγίου Φωκά και του Αγίου Σώστη απέχουν μόλις 1,5 χλμ. If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Sunset vineyard house

Χωριάτικο ανακαινισμένο σπιτάκι μέσα σε αμπελώνα στην απάνω μεριά Σύρου. Οι Κυκλάδες όπως ήταν πάντα. 20 λεπτά οδήγηση από το λιμάνι. Ιδιωτικό μεταφορικό όχημα απολύτως απαραίτητο! Θάλασσα, βουνό και ηλιοβασίλεμα στο παράθυρό σας. Από το σπίτι ξεκινάει μονοπάτι 30 λεπτών προς την όμορφη παραλία Λία. Υπάρχουν τρεις εξαιρετικες ταβέρνες σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδήγησης. Προτείνεται για ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη φύση, τις πεζοπορίες και αναζητούν την ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους.

Claire - Country House by the Sea.

Claire is our favorite holiday home of 45 square meters that was completely renovated in 2022. It is located right next to the sea, less than a minute walk from the beach and just 3.2 km from Tinos town while bordering the ancient temple of Poseidon and Amphitrite. It stands out for the Luxury, Comfort, tranquility and privacy it offers, while comfortably accommodating a family of four and couples. It also has a private parking space.

Quiet room

Το Quiet room βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Αγκάλη στην χώρα της Τήνου σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από τα μαγαζιά , τις καφετέριες και τα εστιατόρια. Από το κέντρο του νησιού απέχει μόλις 500μ, 800μ από το ναό της Παναγίας και 100μ από την όμορφη παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά . Το Quiet room είναι σε μια όμορφη & ήσυχη γειτονιά , υπάρχει γύρω από την γειτονιά άνετο πάρκινγκ. Φούρνος και σούπερ μάρκετ είναι πολύ κοντά στο δωμάτιο .

Το ευρύχωρο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα Margarita σας περιμένει για να σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ξεγνοιασιάς, δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης. Βρίσκεται 10' με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι της Τήνου, 6' από την παραλία του Αγίου Φωκά και μόλις 5' με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι ημιυπόγειο και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως και 4 επισκέπτες, καθώς διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι.

Cycladic house & garden/beautiful view/near the sea

We have a new house and we are so happy. Unfortunately we will not be able to go there all the time (which we would love of course). That's why we offer it here. The house is located in the Lichnaftia valley, beautifully hidden between mountain and see, 200 meters from the beach. Cozy with natural rough garden and terraces. Ideal place to relax, swim and walk.

Next to the bougainvillea!

The traditional stone building house is located only 200 m. from the entrance of Ano Syros (where all the vehicles stopped). Few metres from the house at the area "Piatsa", you will find many cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops for your buys. The stone building keep the house cold even the most high temperatures of the summer days!
