Super-convenient for the airport, but also peaceful, quiet, with a relaxed neighbourhood feel. The host was great! A real plus, making everything easy, and very flexible. I highly recommend this place - the actual apartment is great, comfortable, enough space and clean, well organised - nothing bad.

A Perfect Stay in Mandaue! I had an incredible stay at this beautifully maintained condo. The space was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were cozy, and the washer and dryer were convenient. Taking out the trash was easy and nearby. And security was friendly and very helpful. The condo’s location is unbeatable—close to the malls and restaurants. The balcony, seaside view, pool, gym, and secure parking made the stay even more enjoyable. Mary was a great host, always quick to respond and very accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Mandaue or Cebu City. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in town!

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

Highly recommended✨️💯💯💯 MG's place is perfect for family and travelers who want to be in the center of all. Easy access to commute. Food stalls were just right in the corner. Mall is just in front. Pier is a quick 5 to 10 minutes trip. It was a nice place to rest after a whole day of travel. Thank You for welcoming us :)

Highly recommended the house is beautiful and clean . It is very quiet and easy to find by grab deliveries . We arrived early afternoon from the south and we decided just to stay home and ordered food and it was easy . We even ordered home service massage . And mostly Addieh was very responsive

Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. me and my friends stayed in Miss Danica's place last minute due to some issues with our initial venue for staycation. we are glad that she responded quickly and agreed to accommodate us right away. her place is cozy, clean, private and fully equipped with fast Internet connection and Netflix. we are happy with our stay. again, thank you so much!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

It was a great place to stay. The house was big and spacious. they kept it clean as well. The neighbourhood was quit and walkable. it was refreshing for me and my family to go for swimming, bicycling & walking inside the subdivision. we were able to go to the nearby beaches with just one ride from the door as we called the guardhouse and they send the local three-wheeler to the house door. the host was quik to response and very friendly. in one word it was a wonderful experience staying here and we will definitely comeback again.

The house owner very kindness and gave a lot of helf to us. There had a house caretaker who called Neil also friendly and willing help us. To the house, we had a bound of people joined this travel and everyone they all like this lovely and clean house. We've bsen a clienf/guests of Sir Rex place for about 8yrs now. Almost every year we rented his place (he has various of property to choose). Just a perfect avenue for family get together. Place is as described. Across SM City Cebu and beside a Tuna Restaurant. A lot of people checks in this place, sometimes the elevators gets busy but other than that I found the place very convenient. I would have stayed longer if possible. Communication with the host is above and beyond. I got few requests and it was granted smoothly. I also left some drinks in the fridge and was able to get them without trouble. Definitely recommend this place to stay and relax in the city. Lastly, the view of the city from the window is quite impressive. Hope to visit again soon. Thank you Roy and Almarie 🙏🏼

I had a wonder time at Dee’s place. The view was awesome, the room was relatively clean and all functioning amenities. As a host, Dee was very helpful and very responsive to the needs of her guests. Would definitely book again soon.

I really enjoyed Nathan's place! I had an early arrival, and Nathan kindly agreed to allow an early check-in. The accommodation was clean, with a large refrigerator (a plus!), and a comfortable ARMCHAIR (a super plus, as this is quite rare). For me as a digital nomad, this is very good accommodation. The only drawback I experienced was that upon check-in, the air conditioner started leaking because it needed servicing. However, Nathan’s assistants fixed everything within a few hours, and I had no further issues with the air conditioner. It's also very convenient that in the same building at the basement level there are drinking water refill stations, laundry facilities, and delivery services. Thank you, Nathan!
