Nico and Anita are great hosts. There is plenty of land to explore on the property, with ponies, dogs, chickens and horses to see! Great for an animal lover. The outside seating areas are also really fun for social time. Two hour drive from Budapest, perfect for family/ group of friends who want to retreat to somewhere quiet The swimming pool and table tennis table alongside there lovely dogs and pony Mimi made it a really fun stay. Would certainly recommend definitely!

Perfect holiday home if you want to recharge and spend some peaceful time in the countryside. We absolutely loved everything about the beautiful house, the great location and our friendly hosts. I truly recommend to stay in Liv Residence !

Very nice stay. Everything went smooth, and the place itself is a great place to relax without any noise and disturbance. The fact that there are no loud noises, traffic, music, party, etc is a huge factor, and we could relax properly. Place is clean and has everything needed. Only issue was an insect issue on the first day, which could have been avoided if someone had used bug spray before we arrived. But not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Annie is a nice host, where we felt really welcome. Easy going, and she knows a lot about the area and can show you around locally with a cup of coffee.

We loved everything, the property is amazing.

The Tisza kornyeke is easy to turn off. Tiszababolna itself is a very nice village, there is also a correct ether of Tutajos, there are plenty of shutdown options inside the lake. The guest house and the entire garden are all yours, and it has everything you need. We took the dezsat and the pool a lot. This is easy to run, so we were able to use it in the current twenty-foot degrees. We lived in the oven sultle and the outside kitchen spent all the time when we didn't rent out the Tiszan.

Zoltàn rents a very nice large house with everything you need for your vacation. The house is perfectly located for walking into the city or getting to Sèpasszonyvölgy. We felt very comfortable

Great place for 4 nights. Spent mostly going in and out of Sóstóhegy. Woods nearby for exploring and playgrounds fabulous. House not entirely toddler friendly but great for older kids to explore . We brought bike trailer and used it and air bnb bikes to cycle around the place. We would stay again.

Lovely place. From additional information: -to the town is quite a bit of a hill (the other way is uphill) if you are not in good condition, you better choose a car (we did not mind at all) -in the town to see the salt terraces (smaller version of the formation from Yellowstone, not impressive, but worth seeing), lots of wine shops straight from nearby wineries -the apartment is well-equipped - extra blankets, towels, charcoal for the grill, the kitchen with a dishwasher, baking accessories - wonderful! - the upstairs bedroom has no locking door, but the other one downstairs was no problem for me I highly recommend this location as a place to rest/ as a starting point for Eger Thank you for your warm welcome.

Great place for a large family to relax. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, separate sleeping rooms, comfort. The hostess is welcoming, helpful.

Great space! Plenty of room to spread out. Location is a bit of a walking distance from the center of town, so you'll want a taxi if you have suitcases.

The place was perfect, it exceeded all our expectations! The place is beautiful, clean and cozy, and the neighborhood is calm and safe. It's easy to get to, so the trip was completely stress free as well. The host was thoughtful and helpful, and everything went smoothly. We can only recommend it, we'd love to come back anytime!

The place was great with little kids, the little playground was a god-send for when the kids needed to relieve some energy. The house was nicely redone from probably an old house, had air-con and central heating as well. The latter came in handy to warm up the inside room, furthest away from the A/C. Csaba was welcoming and happy to help with any issues we had.

The owner is friendly and helpful. We went with 2 children, we had everything we needed on the haircut. Family, clean, quiet. I highly recommend it:)

This is an excellent location in a peaceful neighborhood close to the zoo, the aqua park and a beautiful park by the lakes. The house is perfect for a family and it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the aesthetics of the indoor and outdoor places which made us feel at home. Our hosts, Renata and Attila, are so friendly and very helpful. This is a place in which we would like to return in the future for sure!

We spent our Christmas at this home…which did feel as home. As a big family, 15 people it was just right. There was privacy in the Ensuite rooms and the common areas were big and great for time together. We did little walks in the town which is tiny and peaceful, great if you fancy to get away from the busy and noisy city life during the festive season. The sauna and jacuzzi were amazing during the cold days and we enjoyed every day there. It was an amazing holiday with the family at this place. :)

We spent one night here, but it was also comfortable, it was an almost perfect accommodation for us who spent more time in the city center. Everything was nearby. Overall, we had a good time at the accommodation.
