The place was well maintained and pretty clean. It wasn’t far from the new airport so even though we arrived to Goa at 10:30 we were able to be in bed by 11:30. There are tons of great places to eat around the house. We went to fat fish which has awesome food and is just a 20 minutes by car. Having a washing machine was a big plus point as we were able to wash our clothes after our kayaking adventure. Over all I’ll give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating and would definitely visit again!

Pleasant apartment for a good getaway

I had a wonderful experience at this place! Special thanks to Radhika Ma’am and Tanuja Ma’am for their exceptional service. Both were very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. That kind of genuine concern really stood out and made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a caring team!

Good stay ! House is very sweet but the cleaning can be improved a bit

I recently visited Goa with my family, and staying at Shilpa's home truly felt like a slice of paradise. The place had every amenity we could possibly need, and Shilpa herself was incredibly warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. She even went above and beyond by letting us check in 3–4 hours early, which was a huge help. The room was spotless and cozy, and we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by another charming guest, Kalu the cat! He’s absolutely adorable and such a sweetheart. Our experience with both Shilpa and Kalu was wonderful, and I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. If you're new to Goa, don’t hesitate to ask Shilpa for local recommendations; hers were spot-on and really enhanced our trip.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

The place is in peaceful environment. It is in a village close to beaches to drive in 10minutes. Host was responsive.

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. We just wrapped up an unforgettable stay at this brand-new 3BHK villa—and it exceeded every expectation! Plush interiors, spacious ensuite bedrooms with verandahs, and a gleaming private pool (highly chlorinated—our feet got a free spa peel!). Sharvil was an exceptionally responsive and generous host, and Masud—our friendly caretaker—made the best poha in all of India, delighting our kids with his kindness. Booking taxis via GoaMiles was effortless, and Zomato drivers had no trouble finding us. This luxurious, serene escape is perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return!

My stay was wonderful! The host, Ms. Mohini, was always reachable and very helpful throughout. The interiors were beautifully done, and the lighting created a warm and welcoming ambiance. I particularly loved the photo frames and flower vases — they added a lovely touch to the space. The caretaker was also available at all times, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to include a pressure cooker or an electric cooker in the kitchen, as it was missing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

The stay was amazing and very comfortable. The entire house was well-maintained, thoughtfully designed, and spotless. Mr. Anand stayed in touch throughout our stay to ensure we weren’t facing any issues. He even shared a helpful travel guide, which made our trip smoother. I’ll definitely visit again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Dev is a wonderful host, who went beyond his way, to make us feel comfortable and welcome. the apartment is cute, clean, neat and quite airy - it was almost like living in your own space. Dev was always available on call and texts and was infact very accommodating to all our requests. He gave great recommendations for food and local shopping (cashews) and even advised us how best to navigate the city, especially when it came to finding a cab/ taxi. I really appreciate how patient he was with my friends and we might even come back here the next time we are in Goa! Thank you, Dev for being a part of our trip. :)
