Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

The loft has a large terrace full of exotic plants where you can have a pleasant breakfasts and relaxing evenings. Loft especially will be enjoyed by family (parents plus two kids), ideal for three friends and couples.
