Just one block from NewBo Market in the heart of a vibrant neighborhood, this sparkling clean, cozy and eclectic space is the upper apartment of an 1890s era home listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Once slated for demolition, the Heart House was fully restored (in a way that charms everyone) to include a first floor shop and a second floor apartment. Guests especially love the clawfoot tub with rainfall showerhead.

Cozy, spacious cottage with a beautiful sunroom porch where guests can enjoy peace and quite. Free Wi-Fi, conveniently located within minutes of downtown, great restaurants, shopping mall and grocery store is right up the road! Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. The character within this home is absolutely gorgeous. You wont be disappointed!

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. There is a fire pit and wood for a nice relaxing night, if you choose to stay in. Check out my other listing next door. 3 bed 2 bath if you need more space.

3rd stay at this quaint home in NE CR. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Decor is very cute and retro-themed. Plenty of linens, towels, blankets. As I’ve said on previous reviews, this place would not be great for people with mobility issues or small children. There’s no bathroom on the main level and a few different stairways (only 4-5 stairs each).

Brady's place was GREAT! The house is decorated so nicely and the beds were super comfy. It was the best slept I had gotten in a LONG time! Brady was so accommodating and very quick to respond! Excellent communications with response within a minute. We were here for our annual trip to Iowa to visit friends and family and it was a perfect location. Extremely pet friendly with a beautiful fenced back yard. We enjoyed sitting in the back yard listening to the birds and watching the wildlife ( squirrels and rabbits) and so did our dogs. Will diffidently will try and stay here again.
