A winterized cottage with all the comforts on the lake shore. The cottage's upstairs and downstairs bedroom have double beds and the living room has a sofa that can be spread out to a double bed. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna and a sleeping loft with a double bed. (Bath barrel extra charge). Gas grill and wood-fired grill can be found in the yard and you can sit under the lean-to. Easy to get to by public transport. Skating rink in Vesankajärvi in winter and a sledding track. Disc golf course Vesala monttu 2 km, Petäjävesi 20 km. Laajavuori 9 km.

Charming and idyllic cottage on the shore of a quiet, clean lake in Toivakka. Ideal for families and telecommuting. Atmospheric in autumn and winter, it is fully winter-proof. Also wonderful during the Christmas season. Beautiful sunny yard area with a lakeside sauna and large terrace areas. Beach in the south/southwest direction. There is a ladder to the water on the dock. Good road to the yard, which is plowed in winter up to the door in winter. Toivakka's services are 7 km away. The cottage is for private use, so the calendar is updated in parts.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. Two terraces for your own use: one with roof cover for BBQ and summer kitchen; the second is for hot tub, fireplace, hammock and fishing.

Moottoritieltä pääset autolla muutamassa minuutissa kohteeseemme, meiltä on 3,5 km Jyväskylän keskustaan.

Omakotitalon pihapiirissä n.1km päässä Toivakan keskustasta järven rannalla oleva saunamökki 1-4 hengelle. Alhaalla vuodesohva, yläkerrassa matala parvi patjoilla. Parvelle melkein pystysuorat portaat. Sähköinen lattialämmitys. Saunoessa parvella voi olla kuuma nukkua. Omakotitalon mukavuudet kuten juomavesi ja sisävesi wc. Pieni jääkaappi, airfryer ja mikro. Pimennysverhot, kahvin ja vedenkeitin. Laituri, grilli ja terassi on taas käytössä. SUP-lauta odottaa lämpöisempiä kelejä.

Good game/playing opportunities in the school yard nearby. 2 Sup-boards, kayak, trampoline. The nearest swimming beach is 500m away, the kayaking/supboard access is 150m away.
