A bright and tidy two-room apartment with a sauna on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi. The house, completed in 2019, is in the Rantaraita housing fair area. The spacious glazed balcony opens up to an unobstructed lake view towards the city center. Swimming beach. Private parking space next to the downstairs door. The area has beautiful and diverse hiking trails and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive tableware, appliances, sleeping arrangements for four people, 65" smart TV with streaming services, air heat pump, hanging chair, etc.).

Sauna cottage in Toivakka

In the yard of a detached house about 1km from the center of Toivaka, a sauna cottage by the lake for 1-4 people. A sofa bed at the bottom, a low loft with mattresses upstairs. Almost vertical stairs to the loft. Electric underfloor heating. The sauna in the loft can be hot to sleep. Detached house amenities like drinking water and indoor water toilet. Small refrigerator, airfryer, and microwave. Blackout curtains, coffee and kettle. Please note that the dock, canoe, grill and SUP board are not available during the winter.

Lovely at Christmas time as well. Beautiful sunny yard with lakeside sauna and large deck areas. Beach in south/lunch direction. On the dock, ladder to the water. A good road to the yard that is plowed all the way to the door in the winter. Toivaka services 7 km away. The cottage is for your own use, which is why the calendar is updated in parts.

The evening is crowned by an idyllic sauna, where you can admire the beautiful lake landscape and sunset in the warmth. The property is self-catering.

This newly-built guesthouse 2024 with comfortable amenities is located in a the middle of old-growth forests, with a private bay and a calm lake with sunset view. It is a place “to adopt the pace of nature”, with the sound and sight of wild nature. During the winter, a local skiing center with sledding place for kids is open for everyone, about 5km from our place. Also, you can enjoy Sauna, walking in forest, ice-fishing. Relaxing in hot tub in this landscape is truly a unique experience.

Welcome to enjoy the spectacular scenery and tranquility in the middle of the woods, on the shore of a beautiful lake. Although it is a holiday village, it is still incredibly peaceful. There is plenty of soothing nature around. The apartment's large windows have stunning views of nature and the glazed terrace offers great sunsets. A long and magnificent sandy beach, two tennis courts and extensive outdoor terrain with lean-tos relax every holidaymaker. Visit once, you'll love it forever.

Kimallus is located in a quiet area on the shore of Lake Jyväsjärvi, close to the city center. You will be staying in the new two-room apartment with a sauna on the 3rd floor. You can enjoy yourself on the large glazed balcony. You will sleep comfortably in a 160 cm wide double bed, additional guests will sleep on a 140 cm wide sofa bed, 0-2 year olds in a travel bed. Close to the beach, there are hiking trails and a playground. You can easily reach us by car or public transport.
