Nice affordable location in a quiet part of Tokyo. Well equipped for long-term stays. The train is about a 10 minute walk. Conbini about an 8 minute walk. Ride three stops to get to Shibuya. I would stay again.

I booked this place on behalf of a visitor for a month long business trip and it was perfect. The neighborhood is packed with things to do, yet peaceful and clean, without the overwhelming noise and grit of a main city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. Living up to its title as a hipster town, there are also a handful of gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan places, which was very helpful for our visitor's dietary restrictions. The apartment itself is small and cozy and perfect for someone who is out for most of the day and just needs a comfortable place to come home to and do their laundry and cook simple meals. We had a bit of trouble getting inside, but Yasutaka was quick and responsive. The only thing was that the instructions regarding how to throw out the trash were not clear. Otherwise, great review overall!

Great location and short walk to two different stations. Not as many restaurants in the area, but you’re only about 20 min from Shinjuku by bus/train. The place has rentable scooters at the front door which is very convenient. Simple check-in process. Place worked well for an extended stay.

The check in process was seamless. The host was responsive and communicative. Location is great and is in a save neighborhood and the size of the studio was decent for Tokyo standards. Washing machine came in handy. Had to take only one flight of stairs. The portable 10G WiFi was very useful. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would recommend!
