It is a place a few minutes from the subway station to get to the tourist places, clean and with the necessary.

Daniele is a wonderful host who made our stay incredibly easy and pleasant by providing lots of help and thoughtful support throughout our time in Madrid. His home is in a great location, and the room is warm, cozy, and very comfortable — truly one of the best places we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Madrid!

The home was what it marked in the description. I was a little reluctant about sharing housing with the owner but he was very accommodating. He gave me very good recommendations on where to go to eat and go for a walk. He was very discreet during the stay, so it looked like we were alone, but if you needed something he would take care of you right away. Kind regards

Aaron was an amazing host, very attentive and quick with any responses to questions. The location of the flat is great, very walkable to the centre or very close to the metro for easy transport. Aaron’s home was the perfect fit for our city break.

Very good experience with Mihai. Very kind, he made it easy for us to enter early and helped us with everything. The only thing we didn't like was the noise from the neighbors, which sounded as if they were inside the apartment. Otherwise, great.

Great place to stay. We did not meet Lilian cause she lives elsewhere, but she was super friendly and communicative. The only issue we had was we were unable to unlock the door on the first day, bit that got sorted. The apartment is clean and has everything in it. It is a bit far from the main centre but the metro is like a 5-minute walk away and very easy to use.

Perfect location. short walk up hill to restaurants, pubs and sights. We really enjoyed relaxing on the terrace.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, and you can find everything you need nearby. Daniel, he was attentive to our arrival and it's something to appreciate. I recommend it.

Lucia was responsive and very helpful. She was very approachable and friendly.

The apartment has all that is needed and we would say much more to be able to spend the days we want at ease. Good comfort, clean, in very good condition. All instructions are detailed. The place where it is located is very nice and pleasant for resting. If we have to give a rating from 1 to 10, we'll give you the maximum. Thanks to Luis and wife.

Manuel and Mari Paz are very attentive and very friendly hosts, they respect personal space and if you need help with anything, they gladly help you. The place is nice, cozy and very conveniently located with respect to facilities, such as the subway and places to eat or other needs. If I ever visit Madrid again, I would go back to their place, they made me feel right at home.

Jorge is a friendly and very attentive host, attentive at all times to our arrival and what we might need during our stay. Welcome details such as having a bottle of water in the fridge, and everything you need for breakfast is appreciated. The apartment is very new, with exquisite decoration and excellent maintenance. 100% recommended.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!
