The apartment is very clean, quiet and comfortable. I like having a common area to rest, do research or play cards, and the apartment has two areas easily used as such. It is in the center of the historic district and walkable to all the sites. Fernando has excellent reference materials with maps, and booklets on the history of Toledo and also included an up to date list of sites with closure dates and times of availability, that was incredibly helpful. Fernando took it a step further by providing breakfast items, juice, and snacks, which was much appreciated. Great stay

It is a property located right next to Toledo Cathedral. I was worried that it would be noisy because of the location, but it was very quiet when I entered the alley. I asked about parking, and I liked that they answered in detail, and the facilities were great.

Perfect location, quiet but central place. There was a supermarket and a spectacular bakery (amazing coffee and bakery) very close by. Also next to a viewpoint with very little traffic and beautiful. Rafa was very attentive, everything was clean and tidy. Air conditioning in each room, which is greatly appreciated in hot months. Great!!! 👍🏻👌🏻

Ideal for resting, enjoying with family or friends. The house offers great indoor amenities such as air conditioning, full bathrooms, spacious kitchen/dining area, complete and modern equipment. The outside with the pool, garden and private parking area. The deal was great. Highly recommended!

amazing place... a peaceful, heavenly and above all relaxing break. no noise at night, no light, you wake up to the sound of birds We wanted to visit the surroundings and finally we felt so good that we changed our plans and stayed at the farm to enjoy the setting. we left reluctantly. Communication with Sergio was smooth and efficient. Both before, during and after our stay. The house was very neat and fully equipped. Due to the location, a car is recommended, for example for shopping, but Sergio had clearly communicated this in advance. In short: recommended!

It was a wonderful stay, the house is very cozy and does not lack a single detail. The garden, the pool...it's spectacular. And Lidia is very attentive and kind, she made everything easy for us, the check-in, the check-out. We will be back soon.

The house is very clean, in perfect condition, very close to the Warner in a very quiet place, there are shops nearby like a supermarket and bars where you can have a snack, the hosts are very attentive and pleasant.

Miguel has a great place to stay with all kinds of details that make you feel at home. At all times he has been available to solve our doubts, he has been very flexible for both arrival and departure, he has recommended bars, shops, ... and he has even had some welcome details. Without a doubt, if we return to the area, we would stay there again.

All of Toledo is historic and the building housing this room is right behind one of the old walls of the city. The room appears beautifully renovated in an older stone building. Most modern conveniences are available with A/C(it was in 90’s during my stay), Nespresso machine, fridge, etc. Excellent spot!

Jorge is a friendly and very attentive host, attentive at all times to our arrival and what we might need during our stay. Welcome details such as having a bottle of water in the fridge, and everything you need for breakfast is appreciated. The apartment is very new, with exquisite decoration and excellent maintenance. 100% recommended.

It's clean as shown in the picture. I think the landlord is usually waiting inside. When you arrive and ring the doorbell, you can check in quickly.

Jose was very helpful and kind at all times. He answered our questions and made us feel very comfortable. Although we only spent two nights, it was exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast included was super healthy and with very Spanish products. I recommend to all those who need to pass through this area, to stay with José.

Amazing apartment! Super clean, comfortable and easy to get to. There is no elevator and the apartment has many stairs, it was a bit of work to get the suitcases up but it is something that is indicated in the description! I'd stay here a thousand times!
