The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.

Apartment 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Mondello and 20 minutes from the characteristic historic center of Palermo. We have 2/6 beds (including 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bed and a sofa bed 1/2 , a kitchen ,2 terraces, one with barbecue , a laundry room and two parking spaces with a charging station. Also for our guests, a shared swimming pool available on request, where you can enjoy moments of pure relaxation.

Delightful annex in a Villa just a 5-minute walk from the sea (500 meters). The room has a bathroom inside and a very nice window overlooking the villa's garden. The room has all amenities, air conditioning, wardrobe, kitchen, small fridge, coffee table, two chairs and everything you need to make breakfast. Available to guests is WiFi, garden with its furnishings including the swimming pool. Sheets and towels included.
