Lovely, Spacious, Private Studio

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.

Bright and welcoming 1 bed/1 bath apartment with a private entrance. Located 1.5 mi from Cornell University. We look forward to hosting you! The apartment is a 1/2 mile walk to Cornell, 1 mile to town, close to Ithaca College and nature. One bedroom apartment within our home on a gorge in the Belle Sherman neighborhood of Ithaca. There are 2 queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, a pullout queen sofa in the living room & optional air mattress, sleeps up to four adults. You will have your own apartment within our home, and access to our hot tub and patio overlooking the gorge.

Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

Beautiful very quiet area close to Buttermilk Falls walking trail. The house has a gazebo and picnic spaces with flower and vegetable gardens in the backyard. Indoor sun room with a huge living room and open kitchen area with beautiful island. Two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with brand new memory foam mattress-CertiPUR-US Certified. The second bedroom has a full bed with a firm mattress.

We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, near Trumansburg, Newfield, and at the beginning of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. Our comfortable apartment with complete kitchen has plenty of room to spread out. Fully accessible. Laundry. Only 2 miles from downtown Ithaca, private wooded path to EcoVillage, easy drive to colleges, state parks and wineries.
