Holiday rentals with beach access in Tompkins County

The location is great—right by the lake with stunning views. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for a peaceful getaway

This place was beautiful! Unfortunately our weather for late May was chilly which is uncommon, so we will be returning when the weather is much nicer!

Had a girls weekend, and this was the perfect place. Beautiful views and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly. Gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Would love to come back.

Great place for a girl’s getaway. My 2 friends and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. We never left the property! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We plan to come back next year!!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful Peggy’s boat house is. This is my second time staying here and I have never stayed at the same ABB twice. This time I brought the kids because I wanted to share the beauty of this place and Ithaca and I knew they would love it. Sitting on the dock fishing and enjoying the views on Cayuga lake is so peaceful and relaxing. Peggy is a very welcoming host and keeps the place very tidy. There are so many things to do. Ithaca Falls is a very short drive away. Buttermilk Falls is a bit further away (not much) and is a beautiful hike. Great restaurants are nearby. I love the area and would love to come back someday.

The Copper Barn is in a perfect location. Easy to get to every place we wanted to go. Our room was perfect for a quick weekend visit.

The Finger Lakes are a beautiful area, and Dan’s place was in a perfect location to enjoy all that that region has to offer.

The house is beautifully renovated and very high tech!!! The kitchen is a dream. Loved the furniture and fire pit on the deck. Convenient to Ithaca and many restaurants/ hikes. Master bed very comfortable. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We all took turns with the massage chair every night - it was a big hit! Lorena was very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful, comfortable lake house! We stayed with family for a Cornell Graduation and the location couldn’t have been better. Kayaking on the lake was fun and the kids enjoyed the hammock in the back of the house.

We loved this house! Exactly as described. Very clean, well maintained, cute decor with personal touches, but it’s the views that are incredible, beautiful, and peaceful. The location is stunning, and the amazing Taughannock Falls are less than a mile down the road. Andy was responsive, friendly and welcoming. We were in town for college graduation (IC or Cornell are about a 20 minute drive), with parents and grandparents. Was a great spot for all of us. When I asked if there was an iron (had to get those graduation clothes ready!), Andy made sure one was in the house for us when we got there. One thing to know - the beach and the dock are down a steep set of stairs. Andy offered use of his tram if we needed help getting down there, so that’s a nice option. There is a nice grassy area and dock by the water. I highly recommend this place!

Great spot right on the water overlooking Cayuga lake. we enjoyed beautiful sunrises and moonrises from the porch. It's also only 5-10m from downtown Ithaca, and 5m from taughannock falls, 15m from Cornell. Seneca lake wineries /breweries only 25m away. Property extremely well appointed: not cluttered, but still enough kitchenware, bedding, games, etc. The elevator via the driveway is great (and a fun quirk!) but I might recommend using the lower lot (via Ithaca yacht club) for bigger unloading/loading. we also enjoyed evening walks to the IYC kids park and nearby waterfalls. Glenwood pines also only a 5m walk (or 1m ride) for a quick bite. overall highly recommend! Cayuga nature center/treehouse was also close and fun for kiddos.

Great Hosts! Very responsive. House has a lot of space and close to Cornel Campus and main Ithaca attractions!

Had a wonderful time at David's lakeside house! Spent a few days here with close friends in conjunction with a reunion. We had a great time sitting out on the back deck chatting, catching up and enjoying the views of the lake while drinking wine. We also very much enjoyed the kayaks that are provided. The house is well provisioned and very comfortable (including the beds). David was a great host and very responsive and flexible.

I booked Dominic’s place for a family trip for my commencement weekend at Cornell. It was a great choice away from the hectic city! The view of the dock and Cayuga lake every morning was incredible! There are a bunch of wineries around to explore. There were also board games in the house that we enjoyed and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a meal. The house was cozy and our stay was very comfortable ! Would definitely recommend this place ! (Note to host and the only con - the neighbour’s dog seems to have a habit of coming into the yard to do it’s business as we noticed a lot of droppings in the grass from before we arrived and then saw the dog come over during our stay as well. Wasn’t a big bother for us but just something to note for the future)

Dominic's place was awesome. The house was excellent and our kids (12, 10, 8 and 6) had a blast. The location was centrally located for all the amenities Ithaca has to offer (restaurants, breweries, waterfalls). We would for sure come back for another stay.

Luz is an excellent host. I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable with every amenity a traveler might need. In addition to a great apartment, there's a very large, well lit parking lot. Perfect!

We had 8 family members up for our son's graduation from Syracuse University and Amy's place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean and neat, VERY comfortable beds, all linens and towels included. Came in on a cold, rainy Friday afternoon and were very appreciative of her gas fireplace that quickly warmed the condo. Also liked that there were individual heat settings for each bedroom for everyone's individual tastes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Highly recommend!
