Cosy two bedroom apartment at the beautiful Ecovillage at Ithaca. Host very helpful and friendly. Splendid stay!

We had a wonderful a wonderful time during our stay at Lesley's home. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, their place is very cozy and comfortable, and their hospitality made us feel completely at home. The three black cats and big, friendly dog were major bonuses for us and made our stay even more joyful! We would love to come back again next year.

If i could give more than 5 stars I’d give more. Easily 500 star worthy. Great hospitality and very responsive. Felt comfortable and well worth it.

We had such a wonderful time. The communication beforehand was really easy, and Sarah even kindly upgraded us to a bigger room with more amenities when one became available at no extra cost to us. Her mother Wanda, who runs the place was so accommodating and cooked us excellent breakfasts, and we had some wonderful conversations as well. We stopped by early before our room was ready and they were kind enough to put our perishable food in the fridge and make sure there was nothing else we needed. We will definitely try to return when possible!

What a beautiful place! And the owner was so kind. Breakfast was really special — both the food and the communal seating were magical. She also made me lactose-free alternatives that were really impressive. Can’t recommend enough.

This place is incredibly unique. It's a bed and breakfast located in an eco-village. The actual room is within a shared apartment. The space is attach to the primary house. We only rented the one room which left the other room available for other guests. It might have been a little intimate to share the space if the other room was rented (which it was not). The mini kitchen they have is stocked with fresh snacks. We had access to the hot tub which overlooked the beautiful grounds. If we had more time there are trails and gardens to explore. Thank you for sharing your space.

Very cozy and beautiful stay! Peaceful environment and we took a few nice walks throughout the surrounding woods. Close to Ithaca for amenities. Host was so wonderful and friendly. We were served a nice healthy and delicious breakfast to my surprise. I would love to stay here again. Also, it was dog friendly and my pooch loved walking through the woods. The host was very kind to allow animals and was very friendly to my dog. One of the better places I’ve stayed. If you want a cabin-like retreat with private and beautiful surroundings, I highly recommend it. Thank you!!!

We had a perfect stay in this little gem of a b&b. The place was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and Terri is a very gracious host. She prepared a big delicious breakfast and was very helpful in sharing local recommendations. This is an honest review, the place really deserves top grades in all categories!

We had the most wonderful stay at Rose’s Inn at Gothic Eves! The inn, its rooms and gardens have so much character and beauty but Rose is the main reason for our rave review. Rose is incredibly welcoming and warm with tons of knowledge and suggestions of local wineries, farms, creameries, and restaurants. I am a creature of habit and need my cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Rose had hot coffee waiting each morning for me and then we had the most amazing breakfast to follow: from brioche French toast one day to omelettes with vegetables from Rose’s garden and local meats and cheeses the next. The inn is well situated to many attractions and will not disappoint. Best stay in the finger lakes!

Madeline was an incredible host! She eagerly greeted us each morning and provided the best breakfast! Absolutely delicious! 10/10 every morning! The environment and space was so beautiful! I would recommend anyone to stay here! Thanks for being such gracious hosts and providing us with such a lovely experience!

Everything was perfect! It was a much needed weekend away for some R&R and wine tour. The location was great because it’s right between Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake. The room was sparkling clean and everything down to the smallest details were taken care of. The gourmet breakfast were delicious! I love the personal touches of fresh baked goods every evening for snack. Cannot wait to return!!!

In my seven years of using Airbnb, This is the best experience I have ever had using the platform. Miriam not only was quick to respond to my messages, but provided breakfast both nights I stayed! Not only that, her husband is super friendly, and the living space is spotless! 10 out of five experience, I strongly advise every and all travelers through Ithaca to stay with Miriam

The Inn/bed & breakfast was perfect. The room and communal spaces were cozy and welcoming, the included breakfast was delicious and Michelle was incredibly kind and thorough. We are so happy to have stayed.

This was a perfect and quintessential Upstate NY bed and breakfast type lodging. The bed was more comfortable than our one at home and the room was clean and spacious. Virginia was an incredible host, always responding promptly and making herself available for anything through our stay. The location is very close Taughannock Falls and only about a 3 minute drive from Trumansburg restaurants and 15-20 into Ithaca. We would love to stay again and our only gripe might be not getting to see Virginia’s adorable dog, Maggie more ☺️

I don’t give five star reviews much, but this place gets one. I loved this inn. Everything was so clean, comfortable, and convenient. I stayed for two nights while visiting family in the area. Virginia the owner took time to make sure the little things were there to make your stay comfortable. I enjoyed having all-day access to coffee, snacks, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was perfect in the morning - cereal, toast, muffins, fresh fruit, and coffee. She even had almond milk! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The walls were a little thin, but there were house rules about the noise level, so it was fine once it was bedtime. Virginia made sure to put an extension chord near the bed so you could plug in your phone. Virginia was also very nice to talk to. She was helpful. I will definitely stay here next time I visit the area!

Beautiful place and friendly hosts!

Our room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. And the bathroom was even beautiful with the antique exposed brick. The inn’s setting is absolutely gorgeous; so peaceful, but yet only minutes away from all Ithaca has to offer. We attended an event in their fabulous barn venue as well. Couldn’t have asked for a better long weekend away. Beautiful! We took a short ride into town, enjoyed a walk at the lake and the farmer’s market. Back in the evening we enjoyed the swing, a walk around the grounds and a visit at the fire pit by the rustling creek to polish off the night. Our food was delicious too, especially breakfast on the weekend. A definite highlight. Hope to return again soon. - M&M

We stayed in a room at 16 Elm for our anniversary. The room and house were exactly as described - beautiful, clean, and quiet. The location was great, perfect for walking to get a cup of coffee in the morning. It was convenient to the wineries, Taughannock Falls, and Ithaca. We took advantage of many of Jes' suggestions for things to do and places to eat. We would definitely come back here and highly recommend 16 Elm to anyone looking for a romantic retreat in the beautiful Finger Lakes!

Beautiful home, we enjoyed our stay. The restaurants were amazing as were all of the incredible hikes and waterfalls. Would recommend it highly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a fantastic location with breathtaking grounds far enough away from the hustle & bustle of the city yet close enough if you want to go into Ithaca to check out the amazing restaurants, farmers market, waterfalls & hiking. The fire pit near the creek was a delightful surprise and our kids enjoyed s’mores and a tree swing. The attention to detail in the historic farm house was noteworthy: the antique furnishings & mirrors added to our delight. The bedding and linens were very comfortable. We found the breakfast/brunch to be delicious as well. A wonderful 5++ star stay, we can’t wait to return!

If you need a place to getaway with your partner or friend, this is the place! Linda was so accommodating and let me put my bicycle in the hallway. The room was so perfect and quaint. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept so well! The shared bathroom does not feel shared at all. It was so clean. The breakfast/snack area was perfect and had the right amount of variety. If I have to come back to Geneva split, I will be staying here again!
