We are renovating it to make it comfortable for modern people to use, while maintaining the good points of an old house. This is a renovated 120-year-old private house in the traditional streets of Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture (Yamamachi Suji).Located about a 10-minute walk from Takaoka Station, it also has good transport access from Toyama, Kanazawa, Amahara Kaigan, Himi, Tonami, and Joetsu.If you have a car, you can quickly access Noto, the World Heritage site of Gokayama and Shirakawa-go, the Kurobe Tateyama Alpine Route, and sightseeing in Takayama. There are many tall trees around that are 300-400 years old, covered in greenery, and birds chirping at any time are singing. The interior is beautifully finished with favorite accessories, antique stands, retro music boxes, furniture, etc. The room is created with large glass windows, and the surrounding greenery and sky are very beautiful and full of openness. The bus from Toyama Station is 15 minutes. The house is 5-6 minutes from Toyama IC by car, and there are many restaurants along the road. You can get to Toyama Station in 15 minutes to the north and Takayama in 90 minutes to the south on National Route 41. Toyama Airport is 3 km from the house and can be reached in 5 minutes.
