This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Creekside Yurt - Close to State Park & Town

Romantic, Spacious, Creekside yurt with deck and parking. Close to Shops, Cafes and hiking trails. Update for Topanga and the Palisades Fire: luckily the fire did not burn Topanga and our home was not affected. Everything in the canyon is open and damage free. There are some burn scars on the mountain, but it makes for quite a view. Topanga Canyon Boulevard from Topanga Lumber Yard going down to the beach / pacific coast highway is open from 5 am to midnight.
