Tinton's House by Shaman

Tinton is a nickname, nickname of my uncle's grandfather. Shaman is the name of our boutique, our first and biggest business in commercial life. The restoration / renovation of the house was finished in October 2022, very attentive and stylishly furnished. A combination of 2 apartments, also used independently at a central point. No cars allowed on the street. A 80-step staircase leads to the house. Not suitable for those with walking difficulties. The fireplaces are for decoration and are not suitable for use.

Our house is one of the 5 ultra-luxury villas within the Ayaklı Göl Evleri facility in Köyceğiz. Ayaklı Göl Evleri is a tourism facility designed for daily villa tourism on a 7.5 decare land. Our facility; It is a facility with a large swimming pool, cafeteria, concierge services upon request, food, bicycle etc. It has tried to think of everything for your comfort. Our villas are at the foot of Sandras mountain and have lake view.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. This villa is located on a hill in the nature amongst many trees and is overlooking the picturesque Gökova plain. Although it is isolated nicely it is very easy to reach. There are 3 large en-suite bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds in the house. An additional bathroom is also available for common use.
