You can spend a peaceful and enjoyable time in our small house with a garden and a large patio, surrounded by trees and flowers in Torasanda, 4 minutes from the free beach and 10 minutes from the paid beach, and you can benefit from the fresh and natural products in our garden. Barbecue is available. It is close to Urla's touristic areas, restaurants and vineyards, and the art street. It is 30 minutes away from the Çeşme region. Since the host lives on the same plot, quick communication is possible in case of the slightest need or question

Ulamış chalet

A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

Stone house on Urla Sanat Street

Our small stone house consists of two rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is a double bed in one room and a 1.20 wide bed in the other. All the ingredients, including the moka pot, where you can make your tea and coffee, Chado brand herbal tea varieties, black tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee and water are complimentary. There are disposable slippers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We hope you have a pleasant time in the courtyard of our house, which is 100 m from the art street, surrounded by trees ✨
