I would give Raymond’s place a 6 star out of 5 as we had a spectacular stay at his place. The place was beautiful , immaculate, very tastefully decorated and close to great restaurants and beaches. He was very responsive and let us drop off our luggage prior ! The house was perfectly beach ready and our celebratory trip also became magical as my daughter got engaged during our day at the beach during our stay !

Cute little place with great views! Parking was easy and the room itself was great with a comfy bed. The WiFi was very weak for us, so just be aware if you’re planning to do work from the Airbnb. Otherwise we loved it!

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

My Husband and I absolutely loved the house it was exactly what we wanted!! We took our puppy star and there was so many doggy supplies you can use and it’s completely gated which was perfect for her🐶 The Horses are beautiful and breathtaking! They come right up to the gate to greet you(: definitely worth it and we will definitely be back with our son 😇

perfect location in Montecito! Very short walk to both the village and butterfly beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the backyard is so serene! The 101 is not at all too loud- it’s like gentle ambient noise- our newborn baby slept very comfortably and easily here! 😁 our family would absolutely return again! thanks Sara for sharing your beautiful space!

Great location, easy access to beaches, downtown. Comfy king sized bed. Take advantage of the fresh eggs, they were delicious. The unit is an extension of a family home but has a private entrance and feels separate. Hot tub, garden and sauna are part of a shared space with the host

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

Jessika's Airbnb is efficient and nicely kept. It worked perfectly for our needs as a landing pad within reasonable distance of the Ojai Music Festival. The beds were very comfortable, the shower had good water pressure, and the kitchen was stocked with the essential cooking equipment. We didn’t spend much time at the Airbnb but the larger couch was comfy for reading a book or watching tv and there were tvs in the bedrooms, too. The neighborhood is unassuming and quiet, a bit further removed from the center of activity in Ventura but everything was easy to get to by car and I also saw buses pass through on the main road. We enjoyed trying the Indian Rasoi restaurant nearby and the Vons was a short distance as well. I wish we had had time to check out Russell's donuts!

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. I felt right at home. The pool is lovely. The place was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved staying here. I came here with my dog for a short getaway from LA and to check out the Santa Ynez area. The fenced in yard was perfect for my dog, who was in bliss with all the space, new smells and nature sounds. The guest house is so cute, private and opens out to the pool and yard area that is on top of a hill overlooking other vast properties with horses grazing, grapes growing, hawks flying over...It’s so beautiful and peaceful. Everything in the guest house was clean and organized, even pool towels were provided for me and my dog. The bed was very comfortable and I loved leaving the windows open for a breeze and to hear all the birds and other night sounds. The property is a short drive to Santa Ynez and Los Olivos, both very nice to walk around and very dog friendly! Cute restaurants and Alanna recommended a few dog friendly options for me. I loved my stay here, Alanna was a great host, and I hope to be back.

Martha was a terrific host. The place is simply gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows in the living room that presents the most majestic view. Another previous guest made a comment about the glare affecting TV viewing in the living room, but we didn’t experience that. My family, with 2 little boys, loved playing in the individual spaces that brought so much character to the place. Wonderful place to just unplug. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Cozy cabin was a great basecamp for our family. We loved the loft upstairs, the place had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Nice location to explore Pine Mountain Club - beautiful hikes abound just at the end of the street. Enjoyed it!

Byanka was very clear with her communication. The house was exactly as described with plenty of space and everything you could need for the stay.

So relaxing to stay here! Nice to be away from phone service and close enough to the hot tub. We were sharing the space with another couple in the glass house, with whom we had very minor and lovely interactions. easy to feel a sense of privacy even when sharing the land. Would love to come back and stay longer!

We loved our stay at Lisa’s beautiful and comfortable ranch cottage. The decor was so charming and everything was set up for ease, relaxation and functionality. The kitchen was fully equipped and stocked and we had all we needed to cook a full meal (and we especially enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker). The beds were very comfortable and the shower had fantastic water pressure and nice bath products. I had forgotten to bring a shaver but fortunately Lisa’s “emergency supply kit” in the bathroom came to the rescue. The location was perfect for attending our family wedding and enjoying the charming nearby towns. And the pool was great! We would be delighted to stay again.

Our stay was very pleasant!! Elena was responsive from the get go! I had inquired about having two dogs and she was very accommodating to our requests and helped make the trip so easy. The Airbnb was beautiful and clean and was exactly how it was described! The area was very private and peaceful and you can literally walk to the beach in less than a minute. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay for a quick weekend trip. The unit is very well stocked with makeup remover, beach towels, snacks, coffee and other personal touches. Blaine and Christian are great hosts and the location is very convenient to the main drag in Montecito and just a few minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. We would love to stay again.

This has become our go-to stay when visiting Santa Barbara. It is a quiet space to hunker down at the end of the day while being so close to many activities that people expect of the area. Everything is well thought out and organized. Can’t recommend this space enough.

The accommodation where I could stay while being around alpacas was such a happy and joyful place for me. The room was small, but it was perfectly fine for two people. Adjusting the hot water in the shower was a bit tricky. This place is located on a surprisingly beautiful hill, which made the experience even more special. As someone who loves animals, I had such a wonderful time, and I would love to come back again for another healing stay. I hope the alpacas, horses, camels, and llamas are all doing well. Thank you so much!

We felt so at home in Donna's sweet casita! It was perfectly located for our reunion with family members who live only five blocks away from her property, which is in a pretty, very walkable neighborhood. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and Donna was a welcoming and responsive host. We would love to return to the casita the next time we're visiting family in Ventura.

Very peaceful space and great to be so close to the beach and restaurants and shops without feeling like it. We will be back!

we had a wonderful stay at carla’s home. she has a beautiful setup and everything we needed was ready for us. our sheepadoodle, coco, loved home. malibu has now become one of our favorite places to visit. we will definitely try to stay here again :)

Such a beautiful nature spot! Wish I’d booked another night so I could spend a whole day by the creek. I’ll definitely be back again!
