Lina was a delightful host, she greeted us with a friendly welcome and showed us around her Airbnb. The Airbnb has everything you need for a stay in Nikiti. It is a short 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the beach. Lina is always on hand via text or saying hello from her balcony above to assist with any questions. Lina was most accommodating doing our laundry for us as the washing machine listed was broken. A peaceful stay, highly recommended to people who want to enjoy a slower paced holiday. As the final guests of the season Lina kindly allowed us to check out later affording us one last trip to the beach before our late night flight. Thank you Lina and your son!

We had an amazing time at Kosta’s apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking ,waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment is modern yet keeps the authentic Greek charm, which made our stay feel both comfortable and unique. Kosta was very responsive and helpful, and his family are incredibly kind and polite ,it made the whole experience even more special. The apartment was spotless, and you can literally swim right in front of it. There’s also a beach bar and several food options just 5–10 minutes away. Everything was exactly like in the pictures, if not better. We couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended – 100%! Thank you, Kosta, for everything!

Es war eine tolle Auszeit- super Lage...mittendrin und doch ruhig. Strand in 2 min. erreichbar.. Frisches Obst, Wasser im Kühlschrank- selbstgemachter Oregano, Olivenöl und Ouzo zum Probieren stand bereit.

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

We stayed for one week in june. Good location, next tho the beach, a good pastry shop, many market and a easy walking distance for all the town’s services. The flat was super clean, very warm shower, confy beds, everything in good condictions. We enjoyed a lot to stay in this apartment and surely would come back again next time. Wir waren mit unseren 2 Kindern 10 Tage in Kalamitsi und hatten einen tollen Strandurlaub. Mike und seine Familie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht! Vielen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft.

The location is great, easy to find, and around you can find absolutely everything you need. Flexible check in and Nadia was very nice to help us with everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable and the view from the terrace is absolutely wonderful. For those who have a more sensitive sleep, right next door is a bar where you can hear music until the night, but for us it wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend! 🩵

Sezon dışı konaklama olmasına rağmen etraftaki köy ve civarda açık restoran bulmak mümkün oldu. Evangelia harika önerilerde bulundu. Deniz manzarası ve kahve çok iyiydi🙈 Sadece Halkidiki’nin epey rüzgar alan bir kısmında konaklayacaksınız, hazırlıklı olmakta fayda var.

Das Haus ist super, wir waren zu viert dort. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer sowie zwei Bäder. Eins im ersten Stock das zweite im Erdgeschoss. Die Unterkunft wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und die Betten wurden gemacht. Der Ausblick ist super, der Pool ist für eine Abkühlung perfekt. Wir würden wieder hier her zurück kommen. Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Dinos was the perfect host - very responsive, welcoming and unintrusive! The place is comfortable, right by the beach near both a nice beach bar and the free zone. Bedrooms are pleasantly cool in the night and the house is very nice and airy. Completely lived up to our expectations! ☀️

Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Pyrgadikia. Die Wohnung war wunderschön und alles nötige vorhanden. Wir wurden mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Obst und Wasser begrüßt. Foteini hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und der Ort ist zauberhaft. Sehr gerne wieder.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

Perfect for friends and family

Place was like as described and look like on pictures. It was easy to find, directions from host are clear and navigation gets you in front of the building. We didnt meet Vagelis but he organised a friend to meet us for check in but for everything else host was responsive on chat messages. We had a problem with hot water but solved when host explained that the valve for hot water was turned in wrong direction. There is a problem with water pressure in the shower in hours when everybody comes from beach but that is a problem in the area. Beach is close, there are chairs and umbrella in apartment which can be used on the beach. The view from balcony is as described. Air conditioning works and is in hallway which is not great but is ok. Apartment was clean but can be cleaner, stuff which isn't used and shelves are a little bit dusty. Area is pretty urban, beach, supermaket and other are close to the apartment. All in all was a great experience, as described.

Για την χρήση που θέλαμε κάλυπτε όλες τις ανάγκες μας. Μεγάλος χώρος, καθαρός και με μια πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση.Θα το ξανά προτιμούσα!

First of all the sea view was breathtaking, cannot say a bad word for it, the location is right on the beach and the sound of the waves at night is very calming. The apartment is spacious with three bedrooms and a large kitchen with dining table. There is a great looking green grass between the apartment and the beach. The beach itself is not sandy, its full of small stones but it didn`t mind us at all. There are cliffs in the water but in 10-15 meters since you past them the color of the water is magnificent. The car is parked on the street in front of the building below the shades from the trees and all of the sea equipment can be stashed in the ground floor so it is easily accessible anytime you go on the beach. Chrisa was our host and she was terrific. We had some issues that she promptly took care of and made our stay very pleasant. She is a person that takes great care for her guests. A small downside was the lack of sunbeds and a few unpleasant neighbors that lived there.

Wir verbrachten mitte bis Ende September2024 einen herrlichen Urlaub in Argiris Unterkunft. Mit Wetterglück noch spätsommerlich🏖️☀️☀️ Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer und ist über eine Treppe direkt mit dem Strand verbunden. Bei ruhigem Meer können mit dem 2er Kajak die nahgelegenen Buchten erkundet werden 😃. Es ist ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt um die Chalkidiki Region zu erkunden. Sehr saubere, eifach eingerichtete Appartements abseits vom Massentourismus. Ca. 15 min. Von Nikiti entfernt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Amazing apartment at a great location. The beach is in 10 meters and everything you need is at walkable distance. The apartment itself is even bigger in person than in the pictures. :) Alex was very kind and responsive!
