Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Torre Colonna-Sperone

Marina has set the bar unattainably high for any other AirBnb host! Not only was the house absolutely beautiful, it was clean, organized, perfectly located, and had every amenity you could think of (plus more that you didn't remember!). On top of that, Marina is a gem of a person. I've never been to the same AirBnb twice because we like going to new places, but I really hope to make coming back here an annual tradition! My children will remember Palermo forever. Thank you so much, Marina <3

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We had an exceptional stay in this accommodation, perfectly in line with the listing. Located in the countryside, it offers absolute tranquility while being ideally placed to explore the northwest of the island. The hosts are of a rare kindness: warm welcome, small delicate touches, fresh fruits and even a well-stocked fridge on our arrival. The accommodation is typical, comfortable and very clean. Note the presence of some farm animals, such as dogs that can bark, but this adds to the rural charm of the place. This is a real wow of a house. After a pretty full on country lane drive, you’re met with a proper farmhouse with stunning views. You feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s only a 15 min drive to central Cefalu. We loved having bbq dinners outside and spending time in the tranquility of the house. The welcome goodies were really thoughtful and communication was friendly and helpful. They even supplied a non slip mat for my baby’s bath, really above and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuele's beautiful villa. we arrived late to take away pizza, snacks, drinks and a home made cake!! from Emanuele....such a kind and caring gesture. The villa is spotless and very comfortable. The kitchen has all equipment you would need to BBQ or cook. There is a big, new BBQ on the terrace. There are lots of shaded areas to sit and read. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach that is sandy and has a great beach bar, a good restaurant ('That's Amore' ) and also the train that takes you to Cefalu and Palermo. We were very sad to leave this villa, it was a fantastic holiday and Emanuele was the perfect host. Gracie Emanuele

In one word: fantastic! The house is charming and spacious and with everything you need. The location and environment are beautiful. Anne and Ferdinando are among the best hosts we’ve experienced, and just really kind and cool people on top of that. The animal neighbors, the stunning natural area with lots of hiking options, the villages nearby and much more all made this a stay we’ll not forget. 10 out of 10

Lovely location right by the sea, and you can walk down and swim in the bay in a few minutes. The villa is very spacious and the kitchen has every utensil you might need for cooking, including three different coffee machines and 2 fridges. Erice, Segesta, Selinunte and other sights all within reach (<1hr).

Its a cozy place to relax and enjoy. it is highly recommenden to have a car otherwise you cant reach anything closed by. The description and pictures are as shown. We loved it and would book it defenitly again

The suite was very well appointed. The lighting made it very romantic 🥰. The bed oh so comfortable. Ground floor made suite easily assessable. The frig and wine frig were stocked with all kinds food items and wine. Some free…some you had to buy. This was very much appreciated. Restaurants and shopping close by. My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

Ferdinando's place is a niceapartment in the historic center of Palermo. The house has all the necessary services, communication with the co-host Giorgio was super, as was the kindness throughout the stay. We especially appreciated the recommendations. Recommended!

Flavia's place was perfect for our 7 day stay over Easter. Spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. comfy beds. great shower and just enough supply's for a little bit of cooking. so central to everything in Palermo that we had no trouble getting around. Palermo parties over Easter late into the night so earplugs were needed but that is because we went to bed earlier than others 😅 would definitely book this apartment again

Five stars are hardly enough! Our stay at Rosario’s place was absolutely wonderful – not just because of the lovely and well-kept accommodation, but especially thanks to Rosario himself. From the very beginning, communication was warm and easy, and upon arrival, Rosario welcomed us with genuine kindness and a wealth of helpful local tips. He showed us places we never would have discovered on our own! For example we ate the best Pizza in our lifes because of his recommendation. What truly stood out was how incredibly attentive and caring he was throughout our stay. We could reach out to him anytime with questions or needs, and he checked in with us every single day to make sure everything was going well. As a special and unexpected gesture, he even drove us to the train station on our departure day – something we deeply appreciated. Rosario is a host with a big heart, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making our stay special!

We had the most splendid 6 days at this beautiful villa. The views were beautiful and the area was very peaceful. The villa was exceptionally equipped, allowing us to cook, bbq etc. We slept really well and have come away refreshed and relaxed from our lovely stay. You will need a car, but this allowed us to take a trip to Agrigento and multiple visits to Cefalu. Anna and her husband were extremely kind and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in Alessio’s house. It was heavenly. Peaceful, calm, beautiful, well equipped, comfortable and a stones throw from the sea. So lovely we chose to eat at home with the barbecue for a couple of nights. Perfect. We’d love to return, but next time, definitely for longer.

This place is amazing. The location is unreal. You can hear the sea hitting the shore from the porch area. Lydia is super helpful and always available. And her famous food basket was perfect!!!

Olesia’s property was STUNNING - the photos don’t do it justice!! So spacious and well equipped, just a wonderful experience. It’s a 45 min walk in to Cefalu and pretty steep back but we had a hire car so no issues, just something to bear in mind. We had my 1 year old son with us and it’s not the most child friendly property (located on a steep hill, which is great for views but not for toddlers!!) but we absolutely loved our stay and I would definitely recommend.

The vacation home and the superbly landscaped and well-kept garden blew us away from the first moment. The best thing is of course the indescribable view, but the holiday home is also perfect. The kitchen is very practical and everything you need for cooking on vacation is available. You should go shopping beforehand and also bring drinking water. Swimming in the pool with the view is magnificent. And if you get up very early, you will experience an unforgettable sunrise. Actually, we wanted to explore the area a bit, but then we preferred to relax and unwind in the garden. Alexandra greeted us on arrival and she was warm and super likeable. It was a blessing to speak a few words in German again after a round trip through Sicily. Best regards to you and Alex. We had a wonderful stay at Cleo Villa Siciliana. Maria made us feel welcomed throughout our stay and catered for all our needs. The shared guide proved very helpful in selecting our itinerary and we were grateful for the additional tips on highlights at our chosen destinations. The Villa is fabulous and has lovely features for a family to enjoy. The location is perfect for exploring the Northwest of the island and we had some great days out with a lot of variety. The views from the garden and poolside are superb and the sunsets are stunning through the west facing window. The children enjoyed catering for the cats and the arrival of the 4 kittens on day 3 an added bonus. The fireworks visible after sunset from the Baglio Rakali(Banqueting Hall) added to our great stay. We felt so at home and relaxed we managed to forget a couple of items when we left. Perhaps in preparation for our next visit!

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

We had a super nice stay at Aldo's place. We were 4 people (2 couples) there was enough space so that you could retreat a little in this accommodation. Aldo's dad lives right behind the property and was very attentive and directly on site for all questions and concerns. We will definitely be back! Thank you
