This is a penthouse with a terrace overlooking the sea. The building is located on the beach and just take 4 floors of elevator to find your feet on the sand. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. You sleep to the sound of the sea. The beach establishments are super equipped with every comfort but right in front of the building there is a free beach area where you can stay if you do not feel like taking an umbrella for rent. My apartment has just been renovated, it is cozy, fresh and comfortable, suitable place to spend a relaxing stay reading a good book in the garden. It is an area with a lot of greenery and therefore you may be awakened by the chirping of birds. The neighborhood is very quiet, it is a suburban area but very close to the Historic Center, so in the evening to take a walk or go to eat in the center it is not necessary to travel by car.

An accommodation that smells like home! We stayed 5 days and felt like family. Welcome, kindness and availability characterize Daniela and her parents who made us feel really good. Daniela not only recommended what to see in Ortona, but she guided us to discover the city, taking us to characteristic places that can't be found for us tourists. At the end of this vacation we can say that we have a new point of reference in a beautiful city, with the hope of being able to return soon to enjoy the company of Daniela and her family.

Paul's place is a true gem. There is a big yard that is extremely well taken care of, with lots of beautiful and well thought of details. It has many different areas that you can spend time in, both spots for sun and spots for shade. It is truly amazing sitting there having a morning coffee with a view of a fabulous mountain top. We visited in early June, when the yard was flourishing. Paul had a kind man helping out with the yard and swimming pool, he visited every morning to clean the pool and his visits were mostly timed early, before us guests in the villa had woken up to the new day. The villa's interior was great too, it was super clean and all the interior details was of great quality and condition. Rooms were spacious, all bathrooms good and there was a bathroom in each room, which was very convenient for a group of 8 people. We would warmly recommend this villa, it was even better than we could have expected. The hosts are very kind and helpful, we felt welcome. Thank you!

Mr. Giuseppe was super kind from the first moment moving my car from a very stressful street where I didn't need to be. He welcomed us into his apartment immediately making us feel at home explaining everything and making us find, in addition to two pleasant surprises, fresh water that after 6 hours of travel was the first thing we wanted. For any questions or concerns, you have always responded when necessary to provide support. The house fully reflects when present in the listing and if you do not want to take the car you can find everything under the house and for the beach, or a nice walk or bus two minutes from the accommodation. What can I say.. Thank you for hosting us, the next time 😊
