Our privileged location will make it so that you have supermarkets, fruit shops, parks and transport stations just a step away to make your stay in our accommodation much more comfortable. This accommodation is located about 25 minutes from downtown Madrid and there is a lot of transportation. It has air conditioning in the living room but not in the bedroom, in it you will have a fan and for winter you have heating.

The house is literally 5 minutes away from the Principe Pío metro/train/bus station. Very well connected with EMT line buses 46, 75 and 41 to downtown in 15 minutes in Callao/Sol. It is close to Ciudad Universitaria, different universities such as UCM, UPM (INEF), and Clínica Moncloa hospital, HU San Carlos and Fundación Jimenez Díaz, etc. There is a direct train ride to the airport. Room located on a quiet street. It's on the 4th floor WITH an elevator.

It is a very clean, tidy and quiet house. The room has a 1.35 cm wide bed to rest and a comfortable sofa to do some kind of computer work. Very comfortable single bed, quiet, with lots of natural light. It is located 25 minutes from Atocha, 1 hour from Sol, a few minutes away you will find bus stops, within Fuenlabrada and other municipalities. I have pets, a small dog, sometimes a kitten stays. If you plan to study or work, this place is perfect because of its quiet surroundings.
