Located in the Itapeva neighborhood, a very quiet place, with a spectacular sunset, reservoir, bathtub and swimming pool, a great place to rest. Nearby beaches include Itapeva, 3 km away, 10 km from the city center (10 minutes by car), 12 km from the beaches of Praia Grande, Prainha, Praia da Cal, Guarita and 14 km from Praia do Molhes. The house had a SKATE BOWL TRACK, a playground for children. I look forward to seeing you and your family :)

Cottage -100m Sea (4km from Torres) Ideal for couples/children

The chalet is 100 meters (2-minute walk) from the sea, Passo de Torres, SC, and 4 km (10-minute drive) from Torres Beach, RS, bordering SC. The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.
