Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Lola. She's a sweetheart. It helps you in everything, I love the flexibility. The accommodation is old but I like that style. It is true that it needs a few touch-ups. The terrace is great. It's a luxury. Thank you. I hope to visit again.

Nick was an amazing host, super helpful with anything we needed. We arrived quite late and he was so accommodating and friendly. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely peaceful holiday, the pictures don't do it justice! Maria looks great! She arranged for both check-in and checkout! The apartment is 15 minutes from the center but there is everything nearby (supermarket, bar/restaurant, pharmacy and the beach). The view from the apartment is perfect and the apartment matches the description. I highly recommend it!!

Romana is a wonderful host who was very flexible when we ran into car trouble. She was able to clearly explain how to get to her place and helped us get settled. The condo is equipped with most of the basics and has two cute elevators for the way up. The location is vibrant with restaurants on both sides of the block and it’s only a handful of blocks from the beach!

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

Azaliya and Tatiana were great hosts. The apartment is centrally located. Short walk to the bus station,a large Mercadona and the beach. Azaliya was always available to answer questions, recommend places to eat and places of interest to visit. Tatiana very kindly came around at short notice after I foolishly locked myself out. The apartment was spotlessly clean and maintained to a high standard. I have no hesitation in recommending this accomodation to anyone planning a visit to Torrevieja and if I ever return I would definitely stay here again. Big thank you Azaliya for being a great host

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. We recommend the apartment and thank Alexey & Natalia and Elena.

Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. This is a wonderfully bright and modern apartment with convenient layout and a nice terrace on the street side. Beds are comfortable, there are two bathrooms, and there is plenty of wardrobe space. You will have a private parking space in the parking garage. Rafal and Irina are amazing hosts. Pleasant communication and check in and check out went very smoothly. Recommended.

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

We had a great time. In the apartment there was everything you need, also accessories and basics in the kitchen, very much appreciated. The apartment was cozy and we enjoyed very much. There was also a small pool for hot summer days. In the same house there is a great shop where you can find everything. We slept well, no noise at night. We were every day at the stand at "Playa del cura" which is about 200 meters away, it is wind protected because of the location which is great in the spring and winter and the beach is really child friendly. Highly recommend.

Had a great time at Javier's apartment. All amenities within walking distance. We couldn't use the pool because it was refurbished but that was not bad for us. Upon arrival, Javier told us that there may be some noise due to renovations, which was correct but was not very disturbing. Great views of the harbour. I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Loved Christian’s Flat! It felt like a home from home! We stayed for 2 nights and was exactly what we were after! A stones throw away from the beach, spotless flat, local to restaurants and even used the BBQ for dinner one night! Christian was a great host, nothing seemed to big! He gave us restaurant recommendations and let us check out a little later which was very kind! Would stay again if we’re back in Torrevieja.

Great location: beach nearby, restaurants nearby, grocery store nearby, and bus station within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has everything you need (appliances, dishes, cutlery, detergents, etc.). The apartment seemed just renovated, the kitchen cabinets and surfaces were spotless, as was the bathroom. Plus, there was a separate bedroom. I didn't meet Rafael, but I quickly got help using the TV, and she also kindly made sure the issue was resolved.

The apartment was perfect for our week-long visit. There were four of us in total and the apartment was big enough for us to use. The three bedrooms were brilliant. It's great to go straight from the apartment to the sea for a swim. We thank you for everything and hope to make it again. -Rami

Recommended, beautiful, bright and spacious apartment. Beautiful views of the sea no road in front of the door but a quiet Boulevard and the beach. Downtown easily walkable, all daily things nearby.

Helena’s pad is very homely decorated and situated in a quiet part of the town . Beautiful sea view rooms with nicely decorated balcony. I slept with the windows open! There a local supermarket, a bike hire shop and plenty of bars and restaurants to visit . You’ve a choice of plenty of beaches . The beaches are much the apt overlook are the quieter ones ! Highly recommend this appartment , Helena is very friendly and accommodating!

Very Nice apartment, and helpful host. The beach is very Nice, But The surrounding area is not that great. Pretty shabby area, and not much to see or do. Also The restaurants in The area are not great.
