El "Coqueto".

Para la entrada de cada huésped el apartamento es limpiado y desinfectado minuciosamente. El cambio de ropa de cama incluye los protectores interiores de colchón y almohadas para cada nuevo huésped. Los armarios y cómodas son limpiados de manera integral. Las sábanas y toallas son lavadas a alta temperatura con desinfectantes de manera que estén impecables para cada nueva entrada y con un agradable olor. Es mi prioridad la limpieza y orden en el apartamento para el máximo bienestar del huésped.

El apt se encuentra en una bonita urbanización cuidada con jardines y piscina. Tiene un dormitorio, un baño, sala de estar, cocina bien equipada y una terraza grande para tomar el sol y leer un libro con un buen café o una buena copa de vino. Agradable y relajante en los meses de invierno sentarse a tomar el sol ya que la zona tiene el mejor clima de Europa. A 10 minutos se encuentra Nerja con el Balcón de Europa y las Cuevas De Nerja. Los huéspedes deben presentar doc. de identificación.

Golden Sunset & The Mediterranean Sea

Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

There is a 9m long 1.2m wide & 60cm deep plunge-pool to cool off in that is set in a sunken garden, the view is to the North & the white mountain village of Frigiliana & Nerja on the coast.
