The journey of this house began in 2004 with the work and enthusiasm of Mrs. Margarita, who dedicated her time to achieving this goal. In 2020, she and her daughter Ruth, have decided to take a new path and turn La Castora into a VUT, in order to share with the guests, their space of retreat and rest. With capacity for up to 9 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.

My home is simple but it is a “home” where you could find the comfort and restful atmosphere to make your short or longer stays more enjoyable. Whether it be for holidays or for work. The apartment is just 3 minutes walking distance from different bus stops and a metro station with two different metro lines that in minutes will take you to most everywhere in Madrid. Coffee shops, bakery, supermarkets, grocery stores and laundromat are also at walking distance.

Small but well-equipped country house, ideal for families with children, to disconnect and relax. 1 double bed, 1 armchair bed and 2-seater bunk bed. Toilet with shower. Perfect as a base to visit Madrid, Toledo, Warner Park and Puy du Fou (about 1 hour from each). You can enjoy the Lillo Aerodrome, with parachute jumps and gliding, and the Lillo Zoo, which is ideal for families. We have reorganized and freed up space to make you comfortable during your stay.

High-ceiling apartment next to the Madrid country house. 150 meters away you have the Alto de Extremadura metro station and right next to a bus stop where five bus lines stop that will take you to the historic center of Madrid in a few minutes, there is also a night line that leaves from Plaza de Cibeles. Within a 100 m radius you have bars, pharmacy, tobacco shop, supermarkets, bakery, bank, etc., so you don't miss anything. NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT.

The house is literally 5 minutes away from the Principe Pío metro/train/bus station. Very well connected with EMT line buses 46, 75 and 41 to downtown in 15 minutes in Callao/Sol. It is close to Ciudad Universitaria, different universities such as UCM, UPM (INEF), and Clínica Moncloa hospital, HU San Carlos and Fundación Jimenez Díaz, etc. There is a direct train ride to the airport. Room located on a quiet street. It's on the 4th floor WITH an elevator.
