New family-friendly cottage Rauland with panoramic views

We rent our holiday paradise on Rauland. The cabin was new winter 2023 and is located on a hill with panoramic views of Lake Totak. Short distance to the city center (4 km). The area offers great hiking possibilities in the summer and winter. In the winter you can buckle up at the cabin and exit the trail network in Rauland which is over 150 km. If you drive 15 minutes you are in the slopes of Holtardalen. If you walk 10 minutes you will get to nice sandy beaches at Totak. More hiking trails in forest terrain in the immediate vicinity

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity and laundry. Lita cottage located on a farm with a wonderful view of the lake Totak and the mountains. We live in one of the houses in the yard. Another house has two apartments rented out on AIRBNB.("Rofshus" and "Rofshus 2") In the summertime, there is access to a table, chairs and barbecue outdoors. Rauland has 140 km of uphill ski slopes, 5 min by car. 10 min to the ski center. 5 min by car to Rauland city center with shops and electric car charger. Great hiking terrain summer/fall.

Koselig fjøs fra 1700-tallet er omgjort til hytte! Hytta ligger rett ved vannet i rolige omgivelser og har nydelig utsikt mot Raulandsfjell og Totaks bredder. Enkel standard, med innlagt vann og strøm, kjøkken og bad. Hytta har utedo/komposteringstoalett. Lett adkomst med bil og kort vei til turterreng. Det er skiløyper og sandstrand rett utenfor hytta. Sengetøy følger ikke med, men kan leies for kroner 50,- pr sett. Kjæledyr har ikke lov til å være i møblene, men skal holde seg på gulvet.

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. The cabin is located right next to a waterfall and a charcoal where you can swim. It has stunning views of Totak and there is a short way to the beach. In autumn, there are lots of berries on the plot and the cabin is undisturbed in relation to the house and road. You can walk straight up the high mountains from the cabin. All animals are welcome in the yard. Here we emphasize the natural and peaceful. Welcome!

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in travel cot. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by.
