Our cottage Le p'tit perreux (apartment F1) is located at the top of Lake Saint-Point (1000 m above sea level) in a quiet and soothing village with exceptional views. In summer, many water activities: hiking, mountain biking, tours (Château de Joux, Fort de Saint-Antoine, Hérisson waterfalls, belvederes, springs...) In winter, close to the Jura mountains and Switzerland, hiking, snowshoeing, skiing... Our region is rich in gastronomy (cheeses, cured meats, local appetizers...).

Malbuisson has several restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Shops nearby (bakery, supermarket, butcher and organic store) 10 minutes from Métabief and 15 minutes from Switzerland. Our cottage "Chez Violette" is very close to Lake Saint-Point that we dominate. You will appreciate it for its brightness and tranquility. This small cottage with mezzanine is good for couples. Quality sleeping is in the mezzanine where the ceiling height is reduced. Otherwise there is a sofa bed in the living room. The accommodation opens onto a private terrace facing the lake. Possibility to provide an EV charging station, a bike shelter or a canoe ...

Saint Point Lac: In the heart of the village, 3 minutes from the beach and shops (cellar, cheese shop), come and enjoy for your holiday a fully renovated apartment for 5 people. This one consists of a kitchen open to living room, a bedroom with a double bed and another with 3 single beds, bathroom/shower/toilet. A private boat for 4 people, moored at the village port is available from April 1 to October 20. Linens & towels available from 2 nights.

Rental on the ground floor in a cottage occupied upstairs by the owners, with access to the garden and a terrace. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, and 1 living room are entirely reserved for you. Our accommodation does not offer the possibility to cook, but just to heat dishes with a microwave.

A location that was ultimately too good to become the storage place for the lawnmower and garden tools. Transformation! And here is a nice vacation spot, authentic and well finished. Ideal for cyclists/hikers/students without a lot of means... Lake and wild beach down the street.
