Très jolie appartement située au 2 e étage d’un immeuble. En plein Centre-Ville de Tourcoing , proche de toutes commodité (métro , magasin , bus etc ..) Composé d’une entrée et d’un grand séjour spacieux et lumineux avec une chambre fermée , une salles de bain , WC et d’une cuisine équipée et fonctionnelle . Oui Attention ⚠️ Aucun événement dans les lieux Anniversaire fête soirée etc Logement non fumeur Salle de bain rénovée complètement en septembre 2024 :-) Logement au top :-)

Loft 115 m2 secure residence with large south-facing terrace, large living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms including one on the mezzanine with each a double bed, secure parking space, 10 minutes from Lille and close to the metro and tram and 10 minutes from the large Pierre stadium My place is family-friendly, when I rent, I stay with my friend on the same floor, so if there are any problems I'm right next door to help. Just a note, receptions or parties are forbidden

Possible to park for free right across the street from the accommodation without any problem. 600 m from the accommodation is Tourcoing train station.
