The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The living room opens directly to the pool and terrace with bioclimatic pergola and barbecue. You can admire the black mountain from the garden furniture, or lounge on the sunbeds by the pool. The house is comfortable, very well equipped and all rooms are air conditioned.

Situated in the Minervois and bordering the Corbiere wine regions, this former vigneron estate dates back to the 1600s and is built in the traditional stone typical of the region.
