Beachfront holiday rentals in Town 'n' Country

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

The location is perfect with John's Pass right next door and the beach within easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfy and provided a good night's sleep. Having a washer/dryer and dishwasher was a huge plus too. It is definitely a place we would revisit.

Such a beautiful stay and so close to the beach! The place was equipped with everything you could need! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great location, value, and communication.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Our stay was pleasant with amazing views from the balcony. Place was clean and comfortable, only draw back was there wasn’t any body wash/soap products to take a shower. We ended up getting our own. Despite that, everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay again.

My family (my wife, my 20-month old daughter and I) stayed for a week in this condo: it was a perfect vacation. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Communication with the host was easy, kind and lightning fast. Instructions were absolutely clear. The condo was amazing, spotless clean. We got instant beach vibes when entering it, lovely decorated. All of equipment was state of the art, very well and modern equipped kitchen, nice BBQ grill, comfy beds, lots of towels and pillows, good bathroom with excellent water pressure and temperature. AC was working well, too. We liked the available beach equipment and the cozy patio. Although not explicitly stated there has been a lot equipment for our daughter, such as children's cutlery + tableware and also a Graco pack 'n play, we absolutely appreciated that. Location is great: safe and calm. The ROC Park is located just across the street, our daughter had a blast on the playground and the splash pad. We will definitely book again!

Great place to stay on a family vacation. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding areas. Home was very welcoming and the owners were very nice and responsive to any and all questions we had. Patio area was very nice and accommodating. Host was very nice and stayed in contact with me the entire trip. They were also willing to take care of a small issue with no hesitation and that speaks volumes to their willingness to help make sure their guests have an amazing experience. We look forward to our next trip! Thank you.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed from plenty of toiletries to a beach umbrella, chairs, and a wagon. There was even a small amount of sunscreen to hold us over until we could get to the store. The exterior of the condo was all clean, painted, and repaired with the exception of a small area of pavers near the other building. The pool was beautiful, clean, and warm. As far as the Redington Beach area, I would say 80-85% of the outward appearances have been repaired and cleaned, although you could tell that several places had work continuing on the inside. The majority of businesses were open, and everything felt clean and new.

I love this place. The condo is just enough space, it’s spotless. Even with the storms that Florida had, the complex did a great job so far at restoring everything. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen, refrigerator and just everything is so clean. They supply a good amount of towels, beach towels etc. We are already booked for 2026 and have started the countdown. OH, and Ally the bartender is the best. Just an extra little perk to such a great quaint place.

For someone wanting to be close to a beach or in a quiet place it was perfect. We took our bikes and can ride to anything within 5 miles. Really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Everything in the house was comfortable and feel like we had everything we needed. Mattresses were very comfortable. Julia was always generous to answer any questions and easy to rent from.

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Great location with walking distance to locals shop and restaurants. John’s pass is less than 10 mins walk. Beach access is right across the street. Mindy was very responsive and clear instructions. The place comes with everything you need for a great day at the beach. Have all the lounge chairs, umbrella and cooler . Highly recommend this place. This place only has one parking spot. If you come with a second car be prepared to pay to park. If you try to be sneaky they will ticket you and toll your car .

I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was an exceptional place to stay! My husband even commented that this was his favorite of all the places we’ve stayed!! Check in and check out we’re both so incredibly easy. The beach was beautiful and very private and the entire building was so clean. April had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer, to linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, etc…And the views from the large balcony are absolutely breath taking. We’ve already agreed that this will be the place we book again next year!

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Crystal Beach sunset was beautiful. Well’s Spring park was a nice park for walking the dog. Everyone was friendly that we met while walking. Would book again.

Great Location. I used to live on Island Estates and am very familiar with Clearwater Beach (North Beach). Perfect Location. The Wifi was a bit spotty, but other than that, Everything was perfect.

We loved Dmitry and Lucy’s place! The property itself was beautifully decorated/located, and it was spotlessly clean as well as stocked with everything you might need. They were extremely kind to have left small chocolates, drinks, and other little treats. I really appreciated the coffee selection as well! The views from the waterfront patio were beautiful, we even got to see a few dolphins. The bed was also EXTREMELY comfortable! Lucy and Dmitry kept us updated on things we could do locally as well as reminders on the check in/out process. Amazing hosts at an amazing place. 10/10
