Quirky Musician's Studio Flat in lovely location

I'm opening my little creative oasis for visitors, while I am spending time away from home. The bright and cosy space is on the first floor of a characterful old building, across the road from Sefton Park and surrounded by trees, offering a comfortable stay. I have quite a collection of musical instruments, some more precious than others - if you want to play any of them please just ask me first. Sefton Park villa 'Watson', Liverpool

Huge room as part of an entire space on the ground floor of a victorian house. We live on the 1st and 2nd floor, so we share a front door and hall. You have your own bathroom with roll top bath and shower. Own kitchen/diner with range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, tea & coffee making facilities, and books. Next to Sefton Park & a 25 min walk into town (cathedrals and Hope Street). We have a springer spaniel called Olly and Lucy the cat. They will want to say hello and maybe hang out.

Newly renovated annexe / free off street parking.

Grove Park is a leafy enclave tucked away in Toxteth, next to the Georgian Quarter. 5 minutes from town and the famous Sefton Park. On nearby Lark Lane there are a plethora of restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops to enjoy. The annexe has a bed that can be used as a super king or it unzips into two single beds. There is an ensuite shower room, a kitchenette and a private walled garden for eating/drinking. TV and wifi are provided. Off street parking and home cooked meals are available.

Ex Servants Quarters: Character Basement Apartment

The apartment is in the basement of our Georgian Town House and a 20 minute walk into Liverpool city centre. It's entirely self contained with a modern bathroom, a large combined living room and kitchen with a double sofa bed, washing machine and double bedroom. The apartment is full of character with an Aga and bare brick walls and full central heating . No stag or hen parties please. Free on street parking. We implement the air bnb recommended enhanced cleaning regime.

This beautifully stylish apartment finds itself in the leafy Sefton park location, which is approximately 2.5miles from the city centre. The building dates back to the 1850’s and has lots of original period Victorian features. The apartment benefits from a lot of space and is adorned with plenty of art, natural stone and parquet flooring. This is truly a unique listing to Liverpool. There are two bedrooms with king size beds and sofa bed in the living room if required.

My short stay at Betty's place was very pleasant. The location is in a nice, quiet middle class neighborhood with a grocery store, pub, and restaurant within easy walking distance. There are buses running near the apartment for easy access to the center of Liverpool and other areas. Bettty's apartment is very clean, modern and well kept. The room was very nice - comfortable bed, desk and strong internet. Betty and Pang were very friendly, accommodative and hospitable. I strongly recommend Betty's place for short or longer term stay in Liverpool.

We had a great stay at Rachael's property. The flat is spacious and beautifully decorated, right opposite Sefton Park and Lark Lane shops/cafes. The bedroom has its own en suite so you really feel like you have your own space. The bed was very comfortable too! The flat was spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful! Thanks for a great stay.
