For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Our apartment consists of two bedrooms,a kitchen, a laundry room, a bathroom, a dining room (the latter convertible into a bedroom) a large balcony with exclusive views of the historic market, equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The house is located in Contrada Pisciotto, just above the town of Cefalù. The beautiful view of the town and its old port, the surrounding greenery and the area in which the house is located, make it a relaxing place a few kilometers from the beaches and the historic center. The accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a new bathroom with shower, the kitchen and a large outdoor covered space where you can eat. A car is needed but the house has parking

Located in between the city centre and the historic old town, the property is ideally located for exploring all of Palermo's fascinating history. Nearly all of the city's iconic sights are reachable by foot, including the sumptuous Norman Palace and the bustling Capo Market. There is a 20 steps stairway to reach the apartment. Nothing challenging but it might be not suitable for those with mobility problems.
