This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

We're located at the heart of Northern California's forest; the road situated beside us provides a quick drive to Lake Tahoe. This is our family cabin that we share with others when we are away. The county forces us to limit the amount of guests to 4 (plus children 6 and under).
