House holiday rentals in Tralee

We stayed as a family group for a week in June. The house is not only beautiful but very homely and has everything you could need and want. We travelled with a baby and the house was very well equipped for my 9 month old. The facilities are fantastic (sauna, pool etc) and you could not beat the setting. We hope to come back again!

It was really a nice stay . really nice and clean property in a very convenient location.

We had a lovely stay at Nina & Noel’s place! Even though the place was small, it was cozy and nicely decorated with wooden carvings by Noel. We met Noel when we arrived, and he was very attentive and open. Noel and Nina were very quick to respond if we had any questions or needed anything. Noel was always up for a chat and tips for local activities. The apartment is nice and quiet, with lovely views of the surrounding valley, and a short drive away from Bantry. The sauna was great as well after a long day of hiking. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Nina and Noel’s place if you’re looking for a quiet, cosy holiday surrounded by nature and friendly people! (And two outside cats) 🐈‍⬛🌳 Thank you Noel and Nina for a wonderful stay!

Very well located close to the center, very nice house.

We were a family of 4 adults - a 16 year old and an 8 year old and the house and location were ideal for us as the 2 adults and 2 kids were visiting from Australia. We were able to entertain friends who popped in as there was so much space, well equipped kitchen, huge BBQ etc. We loved this house and would go back. The only negative was the WiFi was not great in the house, but it's also not great reception in the area - so hopefully that will improve. If you were going to work while staying it wouldn't be easy to do so. A great experience was had by all and the highlight was being able to use the pool and leisure centre in Sheen Falls Hotel across the road. Whenever we needed anything Paudie or Kathy were on it immediately.

We had a lovely stay and felt very safe. The house was lovely and spacious. Very comfortable beds and very quiet. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Blathnaid was a great host and responded to a question from us within minutes.

We had a lovely family holiday in this home, which was perfect for our one year old. Enclosed garden, 3 mins walk to town and lots of space! We will definitely return.

Marie-Jose’s place was so peaceful and a great spot to work for a week in between a wedding and a family reunion. The WIFI was reliable which was important for work meetings. She provided some a lovely loaf of bread, jam, butter, cheese and milk so when I got there I at had something to eat after a long drive. The place is beautiful and I would for sure come back. It was a great location to go in many different directions. Very easy to get Killarney and Dingle.

Highly recommended for a family break away . Beautiful house with plenty of space . The house was immaculate top to bottom would definitely visit again also thanks to the host gerrard was lovely even had a few bits waiting for us when we arrived which wasa nice touch

We stayed at Maureen’s home for over two weeks. She was so kind & met us there to orient us to her home. She checked in a couple times via email while we were there to make sure we were doing well. We rate it 5 stars, six if we could. Her home was lovingly cared for. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything in it we have at our own home, with lots of dishes and utensils and countertop appliances. The bathrooms were fully stocked, too. We felt spoiled! Also very quiet - There was essentially no traffic at night & no neighborhood noise. The location was perfect with a two block walk to a great grocery store, and three blocks to the nearest restaurant, six blocks to the nearest pub. We would walk into town at night for dinner which would take between 20-30 minutes partly along a safe river walkway. Access to roads leading out of Tralee for road trips was merely blocks away. We enjoyed our stay in Tralee & couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. THANK YOU Maureen!!

We were in the area for a wedding and booked this place for the proximity to the venue, but we would book it again for the general area, it's a fantastic home base from which to explore all the wonders of the Tralee / Killarney area. Honestly, one of the nicest places we've stayed anywhere. Siobháin was incredibly responsive and took care of all our needs. House was warm, clean, wonderful setting, beautiful yard, great kitchen. Absolutely wonderful!

Castlegregory is a restful place with great hiking. The wild swimming was good too with a number of others enjoying the clear water. The property is very well maintained and just the right size. The pubs and restaurants offer more service during the high summer season.

Had the best stay! It’s such a gem and in such a scenic part of the country. Cathy and Patrick were extremely welcoming and so helpful, would definitely recommend!

The house is spectacular—simply beautiful, spacious, bright, cozy, and very clean. Marita is a very kind person and was attentive to our arrival at all times. We spent very little time in the house since most of our trip was spent driving around Kerry, but without a doubt, we would love to come back and spend more time there because it’s such a welcoming place. The beds were truly very comfortable for resting. I highly recommend it!

This place was great. It is on a quiet cul de sac off a country road just outside Killarney. It is a private quiet location but a few minutes ride to downtown Killarney. The home is beautiful with huge windows over looking an awesome backyard. The view is spectacular as you can see the mountains in the distance and many farms. Inside is great, spacious and clean with all modern amenities. We stayed with my wife, mother in law and 2 teenage daughters. It was a great base camp for the Ring of Kerry, Dingle, and Killarney National Park. We even drove to Blarney and the Cliffs of Moher! We would go back in a heartbeat.

What a wonderful, cozy place with fantastic garden and water views! Extremely convenient as a base while exploring nearby areas. Very nice touches with fresh flowers, bread and wine! Hope we are lucky enough to return someday! Thank you Gavin!

We truly enjoyed our time at Dominic and Gráinne’s place. It had all the comforts of home and was located in a beautiful and serene location. They were excellent at giving us local recommendations for many things. They are friendly and thoughtful people and we would definitely stay there again on a trip to Ireland.

The house and its location was fantastic … could walk to Banna beach in less than 5 minutes over the dunes . There were loads of places to walk the dogs. The house was lovely and bright and airy with a patio out the front and all the amenities that you needed . We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again .

Hosts were very accommodating and commutative. Perfect peaceful location for visiting/working. Our two little dogs were very happy! Highly recommend especially if cooking in or staying in for a cosy night. It was so handy to be less than 1.5 hour drive from main towns like Dingle, Fenit and Tralee.

The Salmon House was a cozy and warm home which an accommodated our family very well. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend this house. It was quiet, peaceful and well appointed! Easy to do day trips in the Lakes of Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. We felt at home.

Geraldine’s home was so welcoming and homely. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. Enough room around the house for 7 of us to comfortably relax between the living room and the dining room as well as outside space. So peaceful and scenic and only 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Geraldine very kindly left us milk, orange juice, bread and eggs which was such a lovely touch. She left a sheet with information about important details such as WiFi code, heating and water, local amenities. Geraldine was so responsive to any queries we had both before and during our stay.
