Just a few minutes walk from the house there is a park with playground, soccer field and nice walking areas. It is a newly renovated house with a modern standard. Outside the house there is a porch with the opportunity to sunbathe and have dinner. If you want to arrive without car, the house is close to the busstop.

Huset har ett modernt, fräscht kök som är fullt utrustat. Huset är möblerat med ett matbord och stolar, utemöbler, en dubbelsäng, en bäddsoffa samt en 43-tums TV. Huset erbjuder gratis parkering (flera platser finns). Gräsmattan nedanför huset kan också nyttjas av gäster. Buss som går i närheten tar dig smidigt in till Gullmarsplan.

The house is on the mainland and easy to reach by car.

We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim at the cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day Approx 1 hour by car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have parties or friends visiting. Age limit is 25 years.
