The area is beautiful, in the center, there are many interesting places nearby, as well as transport that can get you to any part of the city. The place is very neat, quiet. Inside, the accommodation is all consistent with the photos, the apartment is clean, cozy, spacious, with a panoramic view.

An apartment is located in a private gated house right beside the river and big recreational area (a park). So it's quiet, the air feels cool and fresh even at +30C heat. The bus stop is close by and it's just several stops to the city center, at the same time taxies are not expensive. the apartment is clean, kitchen, bathroom, bed linings, towels - everything seems new. The communication with the host is easy and I had all my questions answered almost immediately. I recommend the place for a short or long time stay in Almaty city
