The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

With a sauna, spa area (accessible via an external staircase), fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, gazebo and wood-burning stove, life & nature can be enjoyed to the fullest.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

A SAZÜ vendégházat azoknak ajánljuk, akik szeretnének visszalassulni a mindennapok rohanásából a pillanatok egyszerűségébe, és újra kisimult idegrendszerrel, kipihenve élvezni a napsütést, a lágy szellőt és a madárcsicsergést. Az egész ház és a körülötte lévő borászat napenergiával működik. Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)

Egy háborítatlan kicsi birtokon áll a Kalácsház. Ideális hely elvonulni és pihenni egy kicsit kettesben. Este pedig a csillagok alatt is fürdőzhettek a kültéri dézsában. Dörgicse egy csendes kis gyöngyszeme a Balaton-felvidéknek, különleges éttermek, Balaton parti programok és a közelben egy old timer múzeum is helyet kapott. A házban légkondícionáló biztosítja a meleget télen, és a hűtést nyáron. Egy forró lazító fürdő a kirándulás után ideális a kétszemélyes kádban.

You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Beautiful panorama, fresh air and tranquility. In this environment, the house was built, the upper level of which is the brown apartment. It has a 30 sqm private terrace from where you can admire the Danube and the Visegrád Castle. You'll love watching the boats and the lights of Visegrád with a glass of wine in your hand in the evening. The apartment has two floors, a huge terrace, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms upstairs.

Dandelion Vineyard Guesthouse

A separate house away from everything, where you can see the sunrise live from the bed and have a unique panorama. The house on the east side of Szent György Hill was renovated in 2022 and furnished with brand new furniture. 4-person, two-storey, small house with 1 extra bed. (20 sqm per floor.) For families, hikers, wine tours or a holiday in Lake Balaton, the Vineyard Guesthouse is a great place to relax.
