La casa è sita in una posizione ottimale che permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti tutti i luoghi d'interesse della Provincia di Trapani: quindici minuti in auto dalle spiagge di Trapani e dall'imbarco per le isole Egadi. In pochi minuti sono raggiungibili per suggestive escursioni Erice, San Vito Lo Capo, Scopello, Riserva dello Zingaro, Segesta, Castellammare del Golfo. In circa trenta minuti di auto è inoltre raggiungibile lo Stagnone di Marsala, luogo di eccellenza per il kitesurf.
