Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Trappitello

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is erg comfortabel, en de tuin is prachtig. Onze kinderen hebben heerlijk in de tuin en zwembad kunnen spelen. Als je een beetje buiten de toeristische hectiek wilt zitten, en toch alle voorzieningen binnen handbereik wilt hebben dan is dit ideaal. We willen graag terug komen.

Great terraces with view of the sea. Not a lot of restaurants to walk to. Place was very clean and furnished well. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make several dinners there with no problem. We went during shoulder season so the area was very quiet. I’m sure it’s busier during the summer.

Fie Begegnung mit Maria Giovanna und Emmanuele war von Anfang sehr herzlich. Sie brachten uns gute Dinge aus ihrem Garten, und wir kamen gleich in ein längeres Gespräch. Wir haben dabei auch alles Wichtige erfahren. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt.

Melania è stata gentile e disponibile da subito. La casa è super carina e comoda. Immersa nel parco naturale, vicina alle gole dell'Alcantara. Tranquilla e rilassante ma comunque non distante al centro abitato. La famiglia di Melania, che abita al piano di sotto, si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Torneremo molto volentieri e lo consiglierò ad amici.

L'alloggio è una meraviglia. Ricavato in una struttura secolare, dotato di tutti i comfort, la chicca è la vasca da bagno direttamente in camera da letto. Torneremo sicuramente! Super raccomandato!

Giuseppe est un hôte exceptionnel, très serviable et disponible. Le village de Motta Camastra est très agréable et la vue sublime. Nous avons eu la chance d'y être pendant les 2 jours de la fête du village donc nous avons pu profiter des concerts, feux d'artifice, processions, illuminations et fanfare. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien placé dans le village et permet de profiter des différentes visites à faire aux alentours dont l'Etna. On regrette de ne pas y rester plus longtemps!

Alberto and his father Giorgio were the most gracious hosts! Giorgio took time to personally introduce me to the locals and showed me all the spots to visit in order to make the most out of my stay. I will most definitely be back!

Nous avons passé notre voyage de noces en Sicile, dont presque 2 semaines dans la belle maison d'Antonino. Région paisible, très belle vue depuis la terrasse, logement très confortable et une piscine incroyable ! Nous avons adoré passer du temps et nous détendre au bord de la piscine, mais aussi à visiter les villes de Savoca, Forza d'Agro, Catane ou Syracuse, accessibles après un peu de route en voiture. Antonino est un hôte très réactif, et attentionné, il nous a même offert un gâteau et une bouteille de prosecco le premier soir, encore merci pour cette très belle attention ! Il passait chaque matin nettoyer la piscine, et passait nettoyer la maison tous les 3jours. Pas de machine à laver présente dans le logement comme indiqué sur l'annonce, mais Antonino s'est occupé de laver nos vêtements à notre demande. Nous avons passé un excellent voyage de noces !

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

This place is a little haven. Beautiful views and so relaxing and peaceful amongst the orange trees and the wildlife. Salvo is the perfect host. He cannot do enough for you and is so kind and generous. This is our third stay at Casa di Civi and will not be the last!

Nous avons eu un accueil amical et chaleureux avec Pina . La maison est extrêmement propre, spacieuse, confortable. Les espaces extérieurs sont magnifiques. Vues sur la mer d’un côté, l’Etna de l’autre côté. Des fleurs à profusion. Calme et sérénité garantie .Pina a été très accueillante et nous a donné de nombreuses informations. Même si la maison est isolée nous avons eu toutes les indications nécessaires pour y arriver. C’est une maison typique, meublée avec goût et surtout remplie d’attentions pour y être comme chez soi . Nous recommandons vivement cette endroit !!!

Carlo was a super friendly host. We felt welcome in the truest sense of the word. We were greeted by him personally with a huge bowl of fresh fruit and a homemade cake! Carlo was very concerned about our well-being and gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for the region. The house with the large garden in a very quiet location offers a great view of Mount Etna and at the same time you can hear the sound of the sea. The house is very tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. As soon as it got dark, we enjoyed the view of Mount Etna from the fireplace. We would love to come back at any time and can highly recommend this accommodation.

Roberto was a great host and helped us get settled nicely once we got to Sicily. He answered any questions we had and gave us a list of restaurants, beaches and tours before we got there. He also helped book us a taxi to his apartment. The apartment is next to the grocery store and all the shops and restaurants which was very convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone to stay there.

Sehr entspanntes Anwesen direkt am Etna - etwas rustikaler aber mit sehr viel Charme. Wir waren mit Baby hier und haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Berglage genossen. Vor Ort gab es alles, was wir brauchten und auch die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Ende Mai war es dort auf 700m Höhe noch etwas frisch, weshalb wir den Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Ich denke am besten kommt man hier im Sommer hin, wenn es an der Küste schon zu heiß ist und man vor der Hitze fliehen will. Wir konnten den großen Außenbereich aber trotzdem sehr geniessen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich und die Anfahrt von der Küste ist stellenweise steil, kurvig und zieht sich ziemlich hin - da hat man nicht sehr oft Bock drauf.. Wir haben auch deshalb nur jeden zweiten Tag Ausflüge gemacht und ansonsten viel am Haus entspannt. Andrea war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und obwohl er selbst in den Urlaub gefahren ist, sehr gut zu erreichen.

Giovannino thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We feel very lucky to have stayed here - your garden is beautiful - the children loved picking oranges and lemons and making delicious juice. We enjoyed evenings on the terrance and taking in the spectacular view - we even saw etna erupting which was very special. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You have been a wonderful host, thank you for all the help, recommendations and reservations. We loved the take away pizza and restaurant you recommended. You were so helpful and a very friendly and attentive host. We especially enjoyed your homemade lemonchello and amaretto - delicious. We would love to come back in the future. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Daniele’s house! The pool area was fantastic, and the garden had several cozy spots where you could sit and relax. We often had breakfast and dinner on the lovely terrace above the pool – overlooking the garden and surroundings. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed, and Daniele was an incredibly helpful and accommodating host. He arranged both a high chair and a baby cot for us, and was always available if we needed anything. One truly magical moment was being able to see a volcanic eruption from the house – an unforgettable experience! It was also easy to get to the nearest grocery store by car. During our stay, the star jasmine was in full bloom around the walls of the house, filling the air with a wonderful scent. We can warmly recommend this place and would happily return!

Davide and Carla were excellent, helpful and friendly hosts who made us feel right at home. Their vineyard is truly beautiful and authentic, and loved how peaceful and tranquil the area is. Even though we had not pre-booked the wine tasting and dinner, we were invited to join the experience and thoroughly enjoyed a selection of amazing natural wines, a delicious meal, and chatted the night away with Mount Etna in the background. The apartment was cosy and quiet, with all amenities you could need and views towards the coast. A few reviews have mentioned the drive up to the vineyard, but we had no trouble with this at all, we had rented a 500X and it tackled the country road just fine. Thank you Davide and Carla for making our stay so memorable.

We loved staying in Paula’s apartment. Check-in was super easy as she met us outside and made us feel at home. She recommended several restaurants and had a map with the many things to see and do in Taormina. The apartment is right next to the famous Four Seasons (from White Lotus) with stunning views of Mount Etna and the bay. The apartment is very specious, with a wonderful outdoor terrace leading into a large living space and dining area. There is a good kitchen. There are two nice bedrooms, one with a great view of the bay, and two full baths in the hall. The house is built into the side of the hill which is how you get the great views. There are about 30 steps down to reach the apartment. There are many good restaurants nearby and you are less than a five minute walk from the Duomo and the Cathedral. The car park is also five minutes away. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful base to explore Taormina.

This is the best apartment we've ever stayed in, anywhere.. The apartment is spectacular, it's so much better than the photos, it is huge and the quality of furniture and decor is absolutely excellent. The location is perfect, it manages to be just a few steps from the main streets of taormina, yet it's also really quiet and secluded, very rare to find. We were met by Monica, who handles the property for the host, she was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, and always available. It was my partners 40th birthday trip, and Monica even dropped off a surprise gift for her on the day, everything was above and beyond expectations. We had the best trip ever and if you are going to taormina, this is the place to stay, without question.

Lele is an excellent hostess. The place matches the description perfectly. She has thoughtfully prepared a detailed instruction book with all the information we might need. Additionally, she provided us with plenty of helpful parking tips.

We were absolutely in love with Luna’s place. It’s quite rural, as the description states, and Italian driving on the one lane road lined with stone is an adventure, but once you arrive it’s an oasis. We came in early May, and upon opening the car door we were greeted with the scent of citrus and orange blossom. You can tell that a lot of care went into the design of the cottage. The outdoor space is exceptional and the indoor space is full of natural light (or darkness if you prefer, thanks to blackout curtains). All of the concrete and tile accentuates the natural lava rock. The bathroom was amazing, with black tile floor to ceiling, and up-lights in the shower. The hot water never ran out, so we were able to really enjoy it and relax. Luna answered questions about food as well as culture. Our biggest regret is that we didn’t plan more down time to just relax there.

Die Unterkunft super. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und die Lage war perfekt.! Es hatte sogar eine Waschmaschine. Super Ausblick auf einer riesen Terasse auf das Meer, die Küste und die Berge. Wirklich toller Empfang mit Empfehlungen für die Umgebung und Tipps. Das Auto konnte man vor dem Haus parkieren, alles war ohne Auto einfach und bequem erreichbar. Sehr sympatische Gastgeberin und zuvorkommend. Gerne empfehle ich dieses AirBnb weiter. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden und hatte eine sehr schöne Zeit in Naxos.! Danke!

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei Irina. Sie war immer erreichbar und alles war wie beschrieben. Kleines niedliches Apartment mit schönem Balkon zum Meer. Auf den Straßenlärm waren wir vorbereiten von den anderen Beschreibungen aber sonst eine süße Location. Danke !
