The house is in perfect condition. Great for two families who want to share a house, as it has two separate homes complete with a kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, within the same house. So inside that you are sharing a vacation and home, you can have your moments of privacy. Spacious house, large garden and barbecue. As it appears in the photos. You won't find any unpleasant surprises. It has all the utensils you could possibly need in your stay. You can store two cars inside the plot of the house. The host is wonderful, she is always attentive to everything and willing to answer any questions you may have. The only thing we had was that the house needed some thorough cleaning. The overall cleanliness was fine. Kitchen and pristine bathrooms, but in the corners and corners there were some cobwebs and dust accumulated in the hidden areas. Something that would surely be punctual and will be fixed. Recommended!

The house is spectacular, clean and tidy. The owner Toñi is a charming, super kind and attentive woman. Perfect location and a quiet place with everything very close. The truth is that we will return.

Great cozy apartment with a very committed and friendly Maria Pia, the six of us felt very comfortable, especially on the warm summer evenings on the veranda.

We stayed in this accommodation with 12 people and were really satisfied. The house is spacious, clean and well organized, with enough rooms and bathrooms to ensure everyone's comfort. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect for cooking even for large groups. The location is excellent: quiet but convenient for reaching the center of Somo and the beaches. The owner was very helpful and quick in communications. An experience we recommend.

Everything went great. The house corresponds to the photos and description. José Ignacio has always been very available. The location of the house is very good to get around Cantabria or to enjoy the beaches of Ajo. We had a great time and will not hesitate to repeat.

Accommodation as described, very practical and functional with everything you need. The host was very close and attentive to us. A place with views of the Suances estuary, in a fantastic and central area of main roads.

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

The ideal area to visit all of Cantabria. Our thanks to Marisa and especially to Pedro who is on the lookout for anything we needed. Highly recommended place!!!

Great house and very friendly host. 10m to the beach. Métro handy to visit bilbao. Quicu was very flexible for the arrival. The house is nice, well located and the carpark is handy. I really recommand without hesitation

The house is very nice and with everything you need to spend a few days with your family. Maria is lovely and was available at all times. Even though it is just outside Bilbao you can easily reach downtown with the funicular. Highly recommended

The house is a real luxury! Spacious, modern, comfortable. If I had to say one thing, I would say that we only had one kitchen towel. It's the only downside, a minor downside, that I would give to the stay! Otherwise, a 10 out of 10

I have stayed almost a month staying in this house and delighted, and you only fall in love with the surroundings. The house is very good, only the beds and the sofa are quite uncomfortable but the house, location, environment and communication with Rocio is very good. I would repeat for sure
