A wonderful old cottage on the edge of Arredondo, lovingly renovated. You have a wonderful view of the mountains when they are free of clouds or simply watch the clouds play on the mountain peaks. The covered terrace is ideal for an outdoor breakfast or dinner. We used it every day of the week to simply enjoy the view. The property is clean and well maintained. Since it is on a slope, you have to climb the mountain a bit. But certainly not a problem for hikers. A stream, the Ason, ripples below the property. Tall trees around the property, but they don't interfere. A very nice place to stay for 4 people. We would love to come again. Unfortunately, there are too many beautiful places waiting for us. Amazing. The house with a charm ...hyper clean...and with the top heating..that is appreciated when you go to these places of the north and many times of skimp...but Joaquín for nothing. He was very attentive every second to everything and we felt right at home. We'll be back for sure.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town center is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the basement is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house is spacious and perfect for groups: three bathrooms (one per floor), two large living rooms and a separate txoko that, together with the garden, is great for everyone to be together. The area is very quiet, without noise, and is used both inside and outside. The patio with barbecue is spacious and cozy. Guadalupe, the hostess, was a sweetheart, very close, attentive and flexible with the departure time. Although the turtle pond we saw in the photos was no longer there, everything else was perfect. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay.

We had a great time. The house was very nice and had all kinds of details. We really enjoyed the pool, garden and ping-pong. Both Markel and his father are very helpful and pleasant. 100% recommended.

We really liked the place. We went with our baby and they also provided us with a cot. Everything was very clean and with new furniture. The heating worked great. As for the parking space, there is a parking lot behind the house. And finally, I'd like to mention that Carmen's husband received us and was very kind and flexible with the departure.

The place was very clean and thoughtful, with all the details you might need. The beds and armchairs very comfortable. The pool was very good, with not very cold water. The beach is half an hour walk from the accommodation. If you go by car, there is little parking, as the beach is quite small, there is a lot of surfer and 2 campsites. It does not have a garage space. You can park on the street for free. I could always park in 10 days near the gate of the portal. In general, very good accommodation and located very close to the towns of Noja, Isla and Somo.

A magnificent place beautifully restored. Lovely grounds with an outdoor kitchen area under cover and the pool an added bonus. The views were just fabulous. Elena responded quickly to every message. Hopefully we will return for longer next time .

We had a great stay. A quiet place in the heart of nature, away from the urban area, to breathe peace and tranquility for a few days. The accommodation has everything you need to spend a few days and visit the area, which is beautiful. We were there in winter and the accommodation was perfect. Sara and her family are charming and very attentive, they recommended places to visit, they let us feed the animals, they told us interesting facts about the area. We ended up wanting to come back for more days or to repeat in the summer.

José and his mother have been very kind and attentive. They recommended local places to eat, shop, and visit. The cottage is close to beaches and has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation. The little garden where we had a barbecue, gives the house a plus. We'll definitely be back.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time at Bea's cabin. It is very tastefully renovated and you can tell the owners poured a lot of love into it. There are opportunities for lovely walks around the house without needing to take the car. Bea is also very responsive and gives great recommendations. Would love to come back one day!

We are three adults with a dog. Enclosed property, the owner himself has a small (well-tolerated) dog, you can tell. Dog blanket on couch and dog bed available, Apartment very clean, tastefully furnished, everything works, wonderful well-kept garden with beautiful hedge as a privacy screen to the street, good grill, 2 good garden loungers, parasol, dining area, additionally breathtaking view from the balcony over the village into the countryside, the best beds (mattresses) I have had in a vacation apartment in years, complete peace at night, The town of Somo does not offer much, but Santander is very nice to reach via a small ferry, The beach is huge, finest sand, is cleaned, bathing area monitored, dogs (although prohibited on the beach during the day) were tolerated in June, crystal clear water The beach is within walking distance, about 15 minutes, and can be reached via various paths through a pine grove. it was wonderful - thank you Jesus!!

Lovely house. Exactly what we were looking for. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy your time there. I must say that the mattresses were all very comfortable, something that makes a difference in a stay. Also close to several beaches. We went to Berria beach, which is a gem.
