Anticamente la casa era il laboratorio di un fabbro con la sua piccola abitazione adiacente. Ristrutturata di recente in chiave contemporanea è diventata una residenza su due piani di circa 80 mq. Al piano terra si trova la zona living con il tavolo da pranzo, la cucina, i servizi ed una dispensa per i vini, raggiungibile da una scaletta in legno a gradini sfalsati. Nei dintorni, a meno di 25 minuti di auto, si può giocare a golf nello splendido Golf Verdura Resort. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away.
