We were very pleased with the villa. It was exceptionally clean and as described. The pool is great and provided many hours of fun. The outdoor area is spacious and full of flowers and palm trees. The only downside was the lack of air con. The fans didn't really help us to stay cool due to their lack of speed. We have stayed in many different villas in the Javea area over the years but never one without air con. I would strongly recommend that this is considered as it would make for a more comfortable stay. Many thanks

A wonderfully quiet area in a villa district with a good supermarket at 500m. Well received by Yves, what a nice , relaxed man is. Spacious house and large beautiful garden and peace and quiet. Ideal that there is a dishwasher and washing machine. The roof terrace has a great view. As a unique selling point, you could definitely do more with this!! All in all, enjoyed the house, garden, swimming pool and surroundings. We'd love to come back!

Very comfortabele and spacious house in a green neighbourhood surrounded by the beautiful sea and coastline. Great garden, great pool and great bbq. Comfortable beds. Supermarket with good assortment at 5 mins walking. Car highly recommended otherwise you’d be a bit limited. The concierge service (Sebastien) is amazing. The guidebook that was shared was one of the most comprehensive that we’ve seen, and we’ve traveled quite a bit. We’ll probably book this house again.
