Sebastian was flexible and easy to deal with. The place is as shown in pics and description, it was aligned to my expectations. The location is great in Ramos Mejia, close to commercial areas and restaurants.

Communication was always quite good, although it was time to respond. Once the reservation was made, I communicated with another person and always responded quickly. We were able to enter before check-in time, which already made it easier for us to travel with children, but unfortunately the person who had us open did not arrive in time, we asked a person from the building to open us and that was a little delayed until contact with the owner of the department. The apartment is just like the photos or even better, since there is storage space in the smaller room, however the drawers could be cleaner to store the clothes. The rooms and the living room have air conditioning, it is a very comfortable balcony and opening the balcony window enters a beautiful vientito. On the top floor of the building is the sum, the Quincho and the pool, in a beautiful space. Half a block away there is a warehouse where you can buy what you need for your stay.

Communication and dealing with Sebastian was always very pleasant, kind, clear and practical. The apartment is as shown in the pictures, we stayed 3 months and he left us a lot of clean sheets and towels and all the basic amenities for a pleasant stay. The only “bad” and outside the apartment is that next door there is a club that has different activities until midnight every day. There's A LOT of noise, still having the windows closed. As a recommendation, a best condition and air conditioning would be missing in the room (since the one there is is old and has its “aches”) Everything else is perfect and super recommended.

We had a spectacular time and would recommend it. It is close to all the restaurants and cafes that one may need. There is also supermarket close by.

I'd would come back to this place. It looks really nice in the pictures but even better when you see it. The location is so peaceful, safe and close to many stores. The hots are very attentive and friendly. My little kids really loved watching the sunsets through the big windows. I really recommend this place.

The hostess has always been very friendly and helpful. We loved the apartment, met our expectations and more. We will be back for another visit that we do. As I said, it has a very nice patio and garden, plus it has everything you need to spend a stay there with the family. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants for dining out or coffee. Close to access to public transport and highway, it is very conveniently located. Super recommended☺️!

Both Marcela and her husband were attentive to my safety and did everything possible to make the experience enjoyable. I would really recommend their service, it was excellent!

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

The place was perfect, comfy, walking distance from restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, etc, Luciano has been Super helpful from the begining to the end and also very kind. Pablo de building manager is also super helpful. I had a wonderful stay in this place, Im very happy to have chosen it. I fully recomend it

Ezequiel’s place in Cañitas was perfect for my stay. It’s super clean, has literally everything you’d need, and the balcony is a great bonus. It can be a bit tight for two, but totally manageable. The location is amazing — close to restaurants, a mall, and supermarkets. I’d 100% stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cecilia’s. Check in was smooth and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. Daniel was very helpful when we had issues with the washer. The area is a bit small for two people traveling with a lot of stuff but it was very clean and had everything needed.

We enjoyed some nice days in the apartment, everything just like the photos. The only thing is that the jacuzzi is only cold water... more for the summer! Angel is always very attentive and the area is full of places to go.
